Awesome vacation!

This property was great there was everything you needed for a stay at the beach. The view was awesome we even saw dolphins from our balcony. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great Condo for families with children! We took our family (Son, Daughter-In-Law & Infant Grand Son and Daughter, Son-In-Law & Twin Infant Grand Daughters) for a week and had a blast. Lots of Beach Toys were already at the Condo so no need to pack extra. And the Beach Chairs/Umbrellas that were included with the unit made the Beach enoyable!

Clean condo, great views of beach, pier, pool and sunsets. Balcony had nice furniture and clean. Close location to about anything you want to eat or do. Walmart .5 miles away. Pier park mall 8 minute walk. Plenty of cooking equipment, dishes, ice maker fridge, ice chest, beach chairs, wagon, toys for kids and 4 rentals chairs include. Aqua facilities is a very clean place. Aqua 902 was a great condo. It’s not 100 percent perfect, but it is a rental. We would definitely rent again. Easy check in, great communication by host. One of the best I have used in past 15 plus years of renting in PCB area. Great place for family or girls get away.

Great Location and Easy Check In!

We had great communication with Stan from beginning to check out! The listing was spot on with everything you can think of provided for: extra beach chairs, towels, and snacks upon check in! The location was a short walk to Pier Park and coming soon Top Golf. Will definitely look to repeat our stay next year!

Stay with Stan- 5 STARS all around!

The condo was everything the host described, including amenities in the condo, as well as in AQUA Condo Resort. The decor, the stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bar area was everything we hoped, the little touches added up to make it feel like home-away-from-home. We plan to stay there again next year!

Family Time

Beautiful condo! Owners have gone above and beyond to make sure guests have everything they need. We have stayed at Aqua many times and this unit is by far the best! We hope to be able to stay here again!

Had a wonderful trip to PCB with our family, this property is exactly as it’s described. Very clean and well stocked condo with all of the essentials for the beach you could need. The location is excellent for easy access to stores, restaurants and nightlife. The response time from Stan, the owner was literally within 5 minutes every time I reached out to him. We will definitely stay here again

Perfect for a larger family

Our family decided to extend our vacation by 1 day to enjoy 1 more day at the beach. We found this place, last minute, and were so happy it was available. It was perfect for our family of 9, was very clean and directly on the beach. Not to mention, there were snacks when we arrived! Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful accommodations that matched the pictures! All the cooking supplies that we needed, beautiful views, spacious! Plenty of stores and restaurants, TopGolf behind us and PierPark just a short walk away. I absolutely LOVED the balcony space! One of the 1st things that sways me on a beach vacation! Would definitely stay here again!!! Even our kids were impressed: “Wow ma that is niceeeeee” and “You did yo thang w that one” - IYKYK as parents we’ll take any and every compliment we can get! Haha

Extraordinary Condo

Our Condo was very nice. Lots of little extras, like coffee, tea and little snacks waiting for us. Beautiful view of the beach and the water. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the couch. It was old and difficult to get up up out of.

We were able to enjoy our 9 day stay having 8 of the days sunny. The unit was well stocked as I enjoy cooking, no potholders or oven mitt, the only thing missing. Stan was extremely prompt in his response whenever we needed anything. Great location, very easy to access everything. Great time with Joe the beach attendant. Amazing!

Everything about this condo and our stay was wonderful! I had quite a few questions for Stan and he followed up very quickly and politely. The condo was clean and there were plenty of extras (trash bags, seasonings for food, snacks, dishwasher and washing machine pods) that I have never been offered at other properties. Our family of ten was very pleased and enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! We will be back in the future!

The best host we have had! Our condo was supplied with everything we could possibly need. The beach view was amazing and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking with Aqua 902 again.
