With 2 bedroom,1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful clawfoot tub and spacious dining room you can have more than a simple hotel. Start your day with morning coffee in the sunroom (weather permitting) and wind down with smart TVs in every bedroom. Enjoy the spacious yard or stay in and relax in the welcoming living-room.
This house is located just east of downtown Dayton. The area has had some struggles, however both the locals and the city are working hard to preserve this historic family location.
