We had a lovely time. The creek side seating area was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed for our busy weekend stay. The communication was excellent.

Cottage was well provisioned and charming. We had enough wood for a nice fire. It is very close to Seven Springs. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the mountain.

Wonderful, cozy cottage in a very quiet area, within minutes from Laurel Highland trails and Seven Springs. The stream on the property is what I was attracted to in the photos on Vrbo, and all of the 5 star ratings which lived up to par in all of the pics. My family and I- husband, 5 and 9 year old boys- needed a getaway from busy life and to disconnect from work. We were re-charged after a two night stay with nature, fresh air, and the sound of the stream. The sheets and bedding were very comfortable, there were extra blankets, plenty of cookware/dinnerware, silverware, games for the kids, room to play outside and explore the stream. Ahead of our stay, The host recommended nearby park trails and a pizza place which was helpful. We will likely stay here again next year, already talking about coming to the area in spring or fall of 2027.

This cottage was a great place for our family. Its location by the creek was beautiful and the fire pit was perfect. The cottage itself is super cute but also extremely functional. I think the hosts thought of everything- yard games, board games, and a coffee and hot beverage station!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage. Honestly, the photos do not do justice to how beautiful and peaceful this place really is. In my opinion, the cottage and the surrounding area are much more beautiful in person.The creek, the quiet setting, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very special. We spent two nights here, and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences I have had.Sam was extremely helpful, responsive, and flexible with us from the beginning. I really appreciate his kindness and the opportunity he gives guests to enjoy this amazing cottage.Thank you, Sam, for sharing such a wonderful place. We would definitely love to come back again.

Had a great experience at this cabin in the woods! Spent both evenings at the outdoor fire pit and got to relax, the creek running right next to it made it even better. Place was spotless. Definitely hoping to return!

Comfortable getaway in the woods

Very cute little cottage. Super clean and comfortable. It’s in the woods and can be pretty chilly even in the summer so keep that in mind when you’re packing clothes! Loved our stay.

Short get away for the two of us.

We enjoyed our stay in this home on a private street and very quiet neighborhood. There is a very comfortable king size bed, the main bathroom has a rain shower. Down the stairs from the patio there is a babbling brook right beside the home with a fire pit and a table with lights.

We had a lovely stay and 10/10 will book again! The small touches to add comfort for the guests are very thoughtful, from coffee pods to extra fluffy blankets, and even firewood for the fireplace. The host was responsive to messages and the check in process was easy. There are notes in key areas explaing how to use different items around the house. Also the beds are SO comfortable and I slept so well! If I had any feedback, I would say I would have liked a full-sized stove but I made it work. Thank you for helping us make wonderful family memories! We will be back next year.

Lovely weekend getaway

This was the perfect cabin getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities we needed. Their outdoor set up is wonderful. Our kids loved the creek and activities close by, especially the state park beach area. Thanks for hosting!
