Great Stay!

The layout of the house was great for our family vacation. Every room was in a different corner of the house. The living space & kitchen was very open making it easy to all hangout together. We bought pool heat before our stay and it was all warm for when we arrived. Only downside was there was nothing at all at the house as far as food & seasonings (salt and pepper, cooking spray, coffee pods). We would definitely plan another vacation!

Gorgeous home with minor complaints

Checked in a little after 4pm. Staff member was there changing main entrance lock. I questioned why she was doing this, she explained it was a new policy after every checkout. I believe it would be easier & cheaper to just change combination !!! She also tried changing Wi-Fi password. So the front door code & wifi password that was emailed to me prior to my arrival was incorrect. She gave us new password however we had no access. She apologized & said it should only take 20 minutes to get the job done. We waited for approximately 1 hour. We decided to go grocery shopping. When we later arrived, the front entrance was unlocked with old lock set installed. I called to get new Wi Fi password & it was same as original one that was emailed to me. We never used the hot tub, it was disgusting. I called for someone to clean the pool but it’s only cleaned once per week. Toaster didn’t work, they purchased a new one immediately, that burnt the toast on the lowest setting. No hair dryer. We had a great week despite the minor issues !!!

Pool problems

The house is beautiful but when we checked in the pool was not heated as requested and paid for. We had 3 days with a very cold pool and the spa did not turn on. Finally a pool tech came and fixed the pool and set the temperature to 95 degrees. I assumed it was in an attempt to heat it quickly which it did. When I sent an email asking them to turn the heat to the advertised heat of 88 I was ignored. We could use the hot pool only at night when the air temp was cooler. The outside temps during the day were in the 90s. I wish the pool was set correctly from the start as that impacted our vacation greatly.

Fantastic Getaway

Great place to meet up with family to see Disney and work from. Pretty neighborhood, relaxing views with a bit of wildlife to enjoy. Heated pool was amazing and the added perk of the hot tub was even better! Would definitely return asap.
