Luxurious Villa with Private Pool - Easy Access to Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Outlet Shopping and World-Renowned Golf Courses
Come enjoy this luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with a private pool overlooking tranquil conservation views! There are no rear neighbors to obstruct your natural conservation view. A great place for viewing a variety of wildlife such as the Florida Sand Hill Cranes that regularly visit the rear lawn of the villa and eagles which can be seen soaring overhead. The pool has a screened in extended lanai with ample lounge chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and three other spacious bedrooms, one with an en suite. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix availability and Spectrum app with over 100 channels. Each master bedroom has a safe that is added for your comfort and convenience. There is a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at Disney which is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Or after golfing at world renowned golf courses that is within a few minutes’ drive from this home. This spacious home boasts an open floor plan, free Wi-Fi, and stereo surround sound in the living room and den. The game room has a pool table, darts, Foosball, and air hockey. The clubhouse has a zero-entry pool, spa, gym, cybercafé, ping pong table, playground and outdoor sand volleyball court. Watersong is a beautiful security gated resort that is close to all that Orlando has to offer, but still have a relaxing place to retire at the end of an action filled day!

Lovely villa, highly recommended. Well equipped and clean. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds and a well heated pool. The host Raja is exceptionally good at answering questions and providing information. He responds very quickly to any queries. Watersong resort is lovely, beautifully tended and very quiet.

Love this house

This was our second year staying here and we booked this house for next year already. This house is amazing and is in a perfect location. This is our kids favorite house out of all the ones we've stayed in.

Our stay was so enjoyable especially the pool and the hot tub. The house was exactly as you see online. The house had everything you would need to stay there. My grandson would stay in the pool all day if we let him. The game room is excellent for everyone. I cannot say enough about this house and location and will be back. The neighborhood was so quiet, all you heard was the birds.

Fantastic home

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing home. So much space, beautiful decor, and all the amenities we could want. We wish we could stay longer. One of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. Great location, quiet, but close to all tourist spots.

Awesome house and location.

The house was spotless and supplied with everything we needed for the week. The owner responded to any questions I had very quickly. If I ever go back to Orlando I will definitely book this house again.

Amazing home

This home is amazing. We found it just as listed. It was so homey and clean. The kids loved having a pool right in the backyard and enjoyed the game room each evening. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Amazing home!

Our group of 6 adults loved this home!! Beautiful home to stay at along with the pool and hot tub, and the garage game room that were all used multiple days! A perfect place to stay for our trip to the area. Publix/gas station/Dunkin just 10 minutes away. Our favorite place that we have stayed through VRBO! Home is just as lovely as pictures online.

Such a nice house

This house is exactly what the owner says it is! Great location! Private along with close to all theme parks and shopping centers. We had a little issue with the hot tub that was resolved quickly and accounted for! We will definitely come stay here again!
