Amazing experience

Location, parking, and size of unit were 3 of the top areas of our stay. 2 car garage parking with room for all of our beach stuff and roof carrier was awesome. Will certainly be staying here again.

Great location

Great location. Listing is misleading stating sleeps 8 but only sleeps 6, no sofa bed. Any minor issues we had during the stay were addressed right away.

Hi Chris, We're happy to hear you liked the location and that any minor issues were taken care of right away. We want to point out that our listing has always said: "Sleeps up to 6 People" and then mentions: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 Twins Our lease agreement stated a max occupancy of 8 guests, because this is the most people allowed in the condo at once, in case you have a couple people who want to come down for the day. We haven't had any problems before with amount of people the condo sleeps being different than the number of people in the max occupancy. However, we value your feedback and have changed the occupancy to 6 guests, so that this won't be an issue in the future. Thank you, Experience Vacation Rentals

Very clean and nice location.

Convenient location easy walkable access to the boardwalk and beach. Liked the parking spots in the garage. Street parking was slightly harder to find if you have more then two cars. The unit was very clean and we liked the floor plan.

Lived-In Beach House

Location was perfect. The house overall is in need of a refresh. Shower curtains, bath mats, welcome mat, blinds, screen door on slider, comforters/blankets, etc. are thoroughly worn out.

Great location; ease to beach and boardwalk. Nicely decorated and furnished. Two car garage was nice. Only downside were the overhead lights in main and queen bedroom did not work. As well missing light bulbs in dining room.

The property was awesome, plenty of room for my family and the 2 car garage is a gold mine. With street parking being a pain, having the 2 car garage was a big win for us. Continue being timely with your communications, it was very nice to see and helped a ton. Even though a few "issues" I was able to figure out (new battery, HDMI being un-plugged), knowing I had someone on the other side willing to assist and be there was awesome.
