Welcome to North Wildwood-JUST ONE BLOCK TO BEACH WITH HEATEDPOOL!!! This year-round unit offers everything you need for your getaway at the shore. Very clean and well maintained one bedroom, one bath - top floor condo located at 7th & Ocean Ave. The location is absolutely ideal - only one short block to the 7th Avenue beach, and within close distance to the seawall, band shell, lighthouse and Anglesea restaurants. Also, Walking distance to local restaurants and the boardwalk. This condo features a living room/dining area, well-appointed kitchen, one bedroom with a twin over a full bunk bed. It also includes a couch bed which maximizes sleeping space. The bathroom features wall tile to the ceiling with tub. This unit is equipped with central air and heat - great for ALL SEASONS! Amenities of this condo include a large common sundeck area that has an incredible view of the Ocean which is located on the same floor as this unit. Also, 2 Grills Pool side, a large heated pool with plenty of lounge areas, a laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers, bike rack and assigned 1 car parking. This is a Family friendly condo complex. Towels, sheets, mattress pads, and pillows are provided. Please note, the sofa is the leather sofa bed in the beginning photos. Pictures with the old sofa are to show the rest of the unit layout.

Pre-season getaway

The perfect spot for a pre-season getaway and would be a great place for an anytime vacation. The wi-fi made it perfect to get a few hours of work done and the great location made it perfect to walk out onto the beach and just enjoy this beautiful place with that special someone. Will definitely check this listing for availability for future accommodation needs.

The condo was OK but you could tell it was not cleaned thoroughly. One example is the sofa with a cover on it. It was not cleaned between stays as there was a vape in between the cushions.

Great Location and property owner.

Marco was an attentive property owner and was available if needed. The location of the property is perfect. Weather was a little too chilly to use the pool but there was staff cleaning the pool every morning. It’s a very family orientated location and was refreshing to sit out on the deck. Place was clean and amenities such as a coffee maker and microwave are provided. The AC is great and cools the place to perfection. Great location for families.

Wildwood Country

Beautiful little condo, short walk to boardwalk in North Wildwood, super clean, everything you need, owner responds expeditiously, everything you need to prepare meals in kitchen and grills (gas) outside but also great little deli 1 block away serving all kinds of hoagies, hot and cold, and all kinds of fried goodies . Beautiful pool, and deck on same floor as unit with nice ocean views and nice outdoor furniture. Looking forward to another stay there this summer and fall!

I grew up and still live in Philadelphia. I have been vacationing every summer down at the Wildwoods for the last 30 years. I may use this unit from time to time for myself. I do have another residence nearby, which means I will be readily available if needed.

Why they chose this property

Extremely family friendly - This condo has a really nice size pool which is never congested. The complex is located in a great spot because you have the quietness where you stay, but if you need some spice, the North Wildwood bars and restaurants are about a 7 to 9 block walk north or you could go 7 to 9 blocks south to the boardwalk
