Der ganzen Ferienanlage merkt man an, dass sie schon vor ca. 50 Jahren gebaut wurde, aber es ist alles in Schuss und gut gepflegt. Im Winter hat es etwas von einem "Lost Place", weil eben sehr wenig los ist, aber gerade das und die Ruhe üben einen tollen Charme aus. Das Appartment selbst ist auch gut in Stand gehalten, schön, ordentlich und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht vorhanden (Heißluftfritteuse, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, TV, ...). Der Ausblick über die Probstei und Ostsee ist fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten zeugen von einer langen Saison - aber das wird bestimmt in der Winderzeit behoben :) - somit rundherum emfehlenswert und wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Hochhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man in das Hochhaus reinkommt stinkt es . Die Auslegware ist alt und fleckig. Hunde pinkeln darauf. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist vom 8.Stock super. Das Bad der Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, der Einstieg zur Dusche ist viel zu hoch, die Toilette steht zu eng an der Wand, man hatte ständig den Deckel im Kreuz. Leider gab es keine trockene Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Ebikes. Sie mussten im Freien stehen. Eine Klärung erfolgte trotz mehrfacher Rüchsprache mit der Touristinformation und der Vermieterin nicht. Der Hausmeister war im Urlaub. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, modern, prakktisch eingerichtet und auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Wir waren zu zweit und haben sie überwiegend zum schlafen und der Körperhygiene genutzt. Aber wer Selbstverpfleger ist findet hier alles was er braucht. Können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen und ziehen selber hier weitere Aufenthalte in der Zukunft mehr als in Betracht.

Das Haus und das Appartement sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, es riecht alt und modrig. Es ist oberflächlich sauber, schaut man genauer hin.... für Toilettenpapier muss man selbst sorgen.

Ein Domizil zum Wohlfühlen

Erstaunlich, was sich in dem Betonturm, dessen Charme bis vor die Eingangstür des Apartments an DDR-Bauten der 70er erinnert, für eine geschmackvoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung verbirgt: bequemes Doppelbett, nette Miniküche mit 2 Elektroherdplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Küchengeräten und viel zweckmäßigen Geschirr., viel Stauraum im Schrank, diversen Regalen, auch im Bad, Flügelwäschtrockner, Staubsauger und Bügelutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden . Der Balkon ist überdacht und bietet aus der 8. Etage einen wunderschönen Ausblick übers Küstenland und die Ostsee. Danke Frau Erdogan, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
