This quaint home blends coziness with natural, modern elements to ensure a pleasant stay for any occasion. Bring your crew to experience a day at the tracks, a bourbon tour, or a KY family getaway! Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Kearney! It was clean, had very comfortable beds, and we loved roasting s'mores by the fire pit! Everything was just as advertised, and the proximity to the Kentucky Horse Park was very convenient for us. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect for horse shows

Just ten mins from the horse park, super clean, comfortable beds and pet friendly— it checked all the boxes for us!!

The house was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioning unit but the property manager did everything they could to get things fixed as quickly as possible.
