Beautiful and well maintained

  • 5 of 5

This house is beautiful and well maintained. The gentleman Gregory is a pleasure to work with. It was a perfect spot for our wedding party to get ready and take some pictures. We would totally stay again!

Lots of character, close to everything.

  • 5 of 5

Loved this historical house - has tons of character and charm and is very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen with high end appliances. Close to downtown Lexington, Keenland, and a great variety of restaurants. Owner was great to work with. Only negative was that 3rd Street got quite noisy especially on the weekend and the front bedroom is exposed to that. Light sleepers might want to choose one of the other bedrooms.

Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect. The house has been nicely updated. The bedrooms are quite large and the bathrooms are well appointed - including a hairdryer in each. We love to cook and the kitchen worked really well for us (knives could be sharper - that would be my only negative for the whole place - pretty minor!). We made breakfast each morning and grilled one evening using the BBQ. In the late afternoon we had cocktails and snacks - there is a wine and cheese shop two blocks away that has an extensive cheese and meat selection. The "man cave" was perfect for hanging out in the evenings - hook ups for our phones to play music was easy - including Bluetooth. Owner was easy to work with and very helpful. One of our favorite rentals!!!!

5 star Lexington Holiday Home at it'a best!

  • 5 of 5

This home is amazing. An 1880 historic home situated in historic Discrict of Lexington makes for a dream getaway. Don't even consider a hotel and I highly doubt another house can live up to this one.

The house is completely refurbished. In fact,

It feels like your in a magazine shoot. 3 bedrooms upstairs each with excellent bathrooms and showers. Plus the beds are excellent as are the sheets. The showers, closet space and bathrooms are also excellent.

Downstairs an incredible living room with leather furniture. The kitchen is modern and spotless. A white veranda screened for sitting and relaxing. The dining room table is old and classic.

The garage is converted into a pool room and darts. It is the men's escape room and loves to billing.

The front deck with rocking chairs and swinging love seat bench makes for classic southern living. After a long day, sitting on the rocking chair and watching life go by could not be better

The yard is down to perfection.

Lastly, don't bother bringing a book. The entire house is filled with amazing coffee table books and reading books. A complete library of the world

The host Greg is amazing and went out of his away to make us feel like this was our home.

I am a 5 star traveler who appreciates quality and this place deserves all the accolades I am giving it plus more.

P.S the location is amazing and you can walk to all the restaurants and shops you desire
