About this property

Lakeview with boat/RV parking and Starlink Internet

Newly remodeled home near Lake Mayfield Resort and Marina. Double driveway with plenty of room to park cars, boats or RV's (with water and 50 amp hookup). High-Speed Internet via Starlink. There is also a level 2 40 amp electric car charger. There is a large yard with a fire pit, a BBQ out back and a new deck with views of the lake. Feel free to use our 2 kayaks on the lake or rent from Mayfield Lake Resort and Marina which is 2 blocks away. https://rvinnstyleresorts.com/washington/harmony-lakeside-rv-park/
There is a full kitchen and two full baths. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed & is attached to the master bathroom. The smaller bedroom downstairs also has a queen bed. The family room upstairs has 2 full-size futons.

You can park an incredible amount of vehicles and trailers here. Deck with lake view shaded for 80% of day. Wide open floor plans on both levels make entertaining comfortable. During off season deer wander through yard almost every evening.
