Weekday Stay

The room was a bit outdated, shower was moldy, the place could’ve been cleaner (food splatter under the bar/chair area) and the bed was terrible. The service is excellent and generally the place is worth the price.

Just okay

The host was happy to interact until full payment was made. The host said the tower 3 pool would be in operation, it was not. If you run out of toilet paper or paper towel, get your own. The furniture was dusty and the corners of the floor were dirty. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen appliances and dishes were clean.

Vegas Stay

The unit was exactly as shown. What was outstanding was the communication and responsiveness of the property manager. Even when we made a request through the website on a Sunday afternoon, we received a reply with an hour and positive resolution to our request.

Great location off the strip but could use some love

For an MGM Property, I would have expected a little bit better care of the room. The room was extremely dusty, you could tell that the bottom of the coffee table probably hadn’t been dusted in weeks. There were no washcloths, there were only four hangers in the closet and while some dishes are provided, there weren’t even two matching glasses, and there was only one stemmed wine glass.That being said the pool area was great and the gym was acceptable.

Efficient

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the Strip but value quiet and solitude. It is a short walk to MGM and the central Strip but is separated enough to provide peace and quiet. Rooms are clean, quiet, cool and comfortable.

Overall very nice and comfortable. Suggestions for improvement would be the towels are stiff and coarse. Tile floors can be cold to the feet some bath mats would be appreciated.

Excellent property & wonderful property manager

Donna was amazing and so helpful to make our anniversary getaway a one-of-kind experience we won't forget. I highly recommend booking one of her properties. The resort property was so relaxing and the suite room has 2 large windows in the main bedroom and a cozy patio; all of which offer spectacular views of the Strip. We stayed during the week of June 26th. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Donna.

Location was very convenient and exactly as advertised. But everything was covered in a layer of dust, odd with recent reviews. Had contactless check out. The tub was nice but a safety hazard for short people climbing in and out withouts a stool. Decent view and enjoyable stay.

Vegas signature

Never stayed at this property but will definitely keep it on my list for places to stay un Vegas! The close proximity to the Monorail and being able to walk from Signature to MGM Grand, all indoors, is great! Not having a casino at the lobby is also high on my list. It seems to keep it more quiet. Loved having a coffee maker in the room as so many hotels in Vegas don't provide that.Donna, our resort contact was excellent.

GREAT PLACE AND HOST

First time staying at one of these places where the units are individually owned. We definitely liked the things it provided more than the standard Vegas hotels (resort fees, valet parking, etc.) and would stay again. The only downside was no fault of the owner, but the neighbors who we shared a wall and entryway with were insanely loud and smoking and it was wafting into our room. We did complain to the front desk but it didn't seem like anything was done about it. Everything on site was nice including the pool, hot tub, restaurants, staff, etc. We did enjoy our stay here. Thank you.

Good location, cleanliness could be improved

I recently stayed here over the Super Bowl weekend. I don't normally book through VRBO for Las Vegas, but this was one of the few options left. The location was great, but the hotel is a little dated and the rooms didn't feel as clean. I found some hairs in the bed, and when I tried reaching out to the property manager got no response. I ended up finding an extra sheet set in the closet and changed it myself. Next time I stay in Vegas, I'd much rather book through the hotel directly to have access to housekeeping and any other issues that may arise.

Check in difficult initially as we were told by front desk no early check ins till 3:00 as our reservation is through a 3rd party vendor. Nothing I can do. Vrbo communications allowed for early check in of room available. Contacted Donna from Vrbo site and immediately got the situation corrected to be able to check on 45 min early. Traffic and road closures made difficult navigating back to the place Staff provided us with voucher for buffet.

Extremely helpful and accommodating

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was easy to communicate with and quick to reply with answers to all my questions and requests. We will definitely be back! We did have a slight problem with having Suite guests having no access to the MGM Grand resort pool as is stated in the description. However, it was due to MGM Grand's COVID restrictions and the number of people they allow at each pool. If you go mid week, I am guessing the "no access for Suite guests" will be lifted. I would definitely call and ask about restrictions before you go, if access to the resort pool is a a major consideration to your stay here.

Birthday trip

Donna is the BEST host you could ever ask for. Donna made my birthday trip so easy, she was there communicating with me through the all process. I had so many unexpected situations that was happening coulpe hrs before my trip. My flight got canceled so my arrival time was early than expected. Donna went above and beyond so I could check in as soon as I land instead of waiting 13hrs in my car before check in. Donna is such a blessing and I’m thankful for all she did for me through my challenging time. I had a GREAT stay at the MGM Signature, my room was clean and very comfortable. Everything is so close to the hotel that I didn’t have to use my car. I’ll definitely book again with Donna, she’s the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Donna!

Could not be more convenient to the Strip

We really enjoyed staying several days at Donna’s condo, and as silly as it might sound, it was starting to feel like my second home around the time I had to check out lol. It was my first time to stay in Las Vegas and i kinda feel like an old pro already, at least in the MGM Grand area. The room was well represented in the listing, and Donna was extremely gracious, attentive, and helpful. The only things we noticed that could have been better was the bathroom counter had some water spots around the fixtures, the shower was a bit finicky to get the water temp right, and an old used sponge was all that was available to clean the couple of dishes we used. There were several different dishes in the cabinets, utensils in the drawers, basically almost everything you needed for an extended stay. There is even a stovetop with two electric burners in the kitchenette! (Which we didn’t actually use, but could’ve if needed!) While Vegas is very expensive, the condo is quite affordable, and one less thing to worry about if you book it. We had an overall great time and enjoyed our stay very much. I’d certain book it again next time we visit Las Vegas!

Clean

This condo was very clean. The kitchen has the bare minimum to just barely get by. There was no salt, pepper or butter/oil NOTHING! All of the other vrbo properties I've stayed at least had those types of things stalked. Also the kitchen sink faucet is broken. If you need extra pots or pans they charge a fee. If you want an early check in they charge a fee (she did waive my early checkin fee. Just a heads up to others). If you want to check out late there is a fee. I felt nickel and dimed. I will not stay here again. I called house keeping when we got there for extra towels, those never showed up. I won't stay here again.

Worse stay ever!

First time using VRBO and it will be my last!! Reserved this room at MGM Signature in Las Vegas through Donna with Condo Hotel Marketplace. Made all payments on time. The week before we were to be there we were told that the room we were supposed to have, the jetted tub was broken so she was moving us to a different room. We were ok with that. We got to Vegas on a Sunday night at 10:30pm and checked in and were told they didn’t have a room available for us, that the room that was for us had people in it and that Donna had ok’d their late check out! We were told we would have to wait another 1.5 hrs for a room. Around Midnight, we finally got a room. We went to the room, and it was DISGUSTING! DIRTY! I would not let my dog sleep in the filth! I took pics of the disgusting room! Needless to say we left the room and promptly went back downstairs. We had to wait another hour for a room. Around 1am, we were given another room (5th floor). This room was good. During all the time, I was trying to keep in touch with Donna but she was barely texting me back. Then she abruptly stopped messaging me back. Total disrespect if you ask me since she is the rental owner and I had paid for a room! Thinking all was good, the next day (Monday) we go to the pool, and come back to our room and are told we have to get out! We have to move to another room (6th floor)! You’ve go to be kidding me! 3rd room! UNBELIEVABLE!! The best part is through all this, they gave us 3-$25 cards to use for food and a $100 credit to our room. That’s it. I was grateful for that. But come on! The remainder of our trip was uneventful, but the checkin was a disaster, the unprofessional behavior of Donna and the manager of Signature, and lack of follow-up has convinced me to never deal with VRBO and Signature ever again!

Great Location for Trade Shows

I have stayed at several VRBO locations at the MGM Signature, and things stand out when they are done right. This one stands out. Very clean and well maintained. Will stay here again.
