Enjoy the lovely *heated* community pool, BBQ grills, and tennis courts — great for relaxing days close to home. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

During high season, reservations are available by full calendar months only, with check-in on the 1st. Guests may book one or multiple consecutive months.

- Not a party house, please be mindful of residents
- No pets
- Non smoking
- For your safety, swimming is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F
- Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running.
- About SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of the policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue.
The homeowner suffers from severe allergies and uses this home as the primary living space when not hosting guests.
As such, if you travel with a service animal, we respectfully request not to reserve this home as we need to guarantee the health of our homeowners.
