With 2 large bedrooms and a large living area, your family will have plenty of space. But the best part is that beachfront deck. Sit to watch the waves and enjoy those glorious views. * 1 regular sized car parking for each unit along with permits for street parking. Includes Beach Tags (#tbd) to Bradshaws Beach, Internet, 3 Plasma TV's - you'll create memories for a lifetime here.
Shared laundry available in common area. $200 pet fee if applicable and $150 cleaning fee. Beach badges (# tbd) included

**A NOTE FROM SHORE POINTS VACATIONS: These rental units are easily one of the best options when it comes to location, budget, being pet friendly & giving great memories for life. That being said these are a more rustic beach experience. They are professionally clean with some new/updated features and some dated features. There are 4 total units, all are rented out. There will be other pets & people of all ages although we are going to STRICTLY enforce "family groups only". The new owner is local & attentive to maximizing the rental experience here in the hopes of earning your repeat business. If you are "picky" or prone to complaining you should not book this rental. There will be no refunds offered or agreed to.**

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Great location, needs maintenance

Smoke detectors chirped all day, preheating the oven set off the smoke detector each time. Wear and tear of the flooring, and cleanliness (dust) needs maintenance. The dune is steep and hard to walk up since there are no stairs or a mat like other properties have. Washer and dryer are communal among the 4 units. No dishwasher. Half the light switches didn't work. Great location otherwise right on the beach. Parking is extremely tight if other cars are parked there. The town was repaving so we couldn't park in the street, and we didn't receive any notice. A neighbor mentioned it to us. Parking permits and beach tags were for 2022 but we stayed just before memorial day.
