Brand new, large heated pool. This lovely home sits minutes from the lovely Indian river. Our riverfront offers fine dinning, boat rentals, sea doo rentals, charter boat fishing, fabulous golfing experience, world famous sky diving, and local entertainment in a small town environment.

This home offers 3 large bedrooms each with its own streaming tv. Three large bathrooms well stocked ready for your enjoyment. Open living space connecting kitchen and dining area. Perfect for you family retreat. Boat and RV parking available on the west side of the house. Big back deck with gas grill. Swimming is at your own risk.

Great stay!

I was very impressed with the property manager and his quick responses to a question or two that I had while staying. Very nice and clean property with beautiful backyard and heated pool. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Peaceful reset near the beach

We loved this property and the host did a great job with everything in the home!!! Everything was so peaceful and relaxing. The house is awesome and beachy with a big, fenced-in back yard and the pool for our dog and the kids to be free and play. It was one of our favorite recent beach stays and so close to great spots for bodyboarding. We will definitely book this property again. There were also so many great restaurants so close to the house without the area feeling crowded.

Great neighborhood

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The property and house are beautiful and the neighborhood was very friendly, we felt like locals. The location is just perfect for taking in all that the Sebastian area offers. The Dog loved the beautiful backyard and the landscaping was great, felt like a tropical paradise in our own backyard. We did have a few minor glitches which Craig addressed quickly to resolve. Plan to stay again next winter.

Excellent location close to everything, but very quiet neighnorhood. Private fenced yard was ideal for our dog. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly think of- possibly too much, as I had a hard time finding room for groceries. We made it work! Very comfortable open spaces.

Nice Sebastian home

Very pleasant stay for our second visit. The house was clean and well equipped. The dishwasher stopped working and was replaced within hours. Craig, the property manager was very helpful and easy to deal with.
