Located on the coveted North Cape with Amazing Gulf Views! You can't get closer to the water than this! With spectacular Gulf views from every window, this 4/3 beachfront home is the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with those you love. Walk down the stairs and you are in the sand, merely a few steps from the ocean! No lugging beach gear across streets, down boardwalks, or through community access points. Watch the kids play and the sun set from the comfort of the Gulf-front deck or covered back porch which also has amazing Gulf views! You can fish directly in front of the home and cook it right on the beach. Kids and adults alike will love the bonfires on the beach (one of the few places still allowed!) roasting marshmallows and making Smores!

Voted #1 Beach in America 3 years in a row (Port St. Joe State Park) this fantastic beach offers white sand, beautiful water where dolphins play, turtles, and amazing fishing! Located on North Cape, you are walking distance to the Cape Trading Post, Peachy's, Skully's, and St. Joe Shrimp. You are just two miles from the famous Port St. Joe State Park with beach and bay access.

Please note - this home is a single family attached dwelling with a firewall down the middle similar to a Duplex. You can't see the other side even on the decks and porches. This home features plenty of upgrades, from the hardwood flooring to the granite countertops and upscale furnishings.

The first floor: includes a large (12'x25') sundeck with ample seating to enjoy the crashing waves and watch the kids play. Here you will experience some of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for all guests and the dining room seats 8+ with additional seating for 2 at the granite bar. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry with easy-close drawers, stainless steel appliances, hardwood, granite, and plenty of pantry space for groceries.

The first floor has two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen):

The Master suite has a King bed and full bath with custom tile shower. It has beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom. This room also features a Smart TV.

The first floor Queen bedroom also has amazing Gulf views! It also has a Smart TV.

The washer and dryer are also located on the first floor.

The second floor also has 2 bedrooms: (1 King + daybed, 1 twin over full bunk)

The upstairs Master suite is huge with breathtaking Gulf views! It features a King bed and a daybed, and has direct access to the large, covered back porch- a private area to enjoy more Gulf views! It also has a Smart TV.

The kids will love their oasis: a bunk room with twin over full bunkbeds and their own flat panel tv! A full bathroom on this level has upgraded cabinetry with marble countertop and walk-in shower.

Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 2 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

It is hard to imagine how you can top this location surrounded by water views punctuated by playful dolphins just a few yards off shore, and with beaches a mere flight of steps to a never crowded white sand beach kissed by gentle waves.

We loved our stay at this property. You are literally on the water. The view was amazing and the home was equipped with everything we needed. We built a fire on the beach a few nights , collected lots of seashells and watched a fisherman catch a shark. We got takeout because we didn't want to leave the amazing view. Sunsets from the deck were awesome!

Great location directly on the beach! Love the porch and plenty of room inside! Stocked kitchen and big living room area. The best!

We went down with close family friends to your wonderful home! I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! It had all the comforts of home and being right on the beach was such a plus with the kids! There was a lot of room for everyone when we were inside lounging and you couldn’t beat the views! We hope to be back next year and make this an annual stay!

The owner was very accommodating & has this ocean front house well stocked with everything a family needs to enjoy the sand and surf. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The layout was well thought out and offered privacy for our large family. The house is ON the beach. You simply can’t stay closer to the water unless you sleep on a boat. We’ve stayed at many places in the area, but we will return to this one! Highly recommend.

We had a great time at the beach house. I’m certain we’ll live the rest of our lives and remember this house. You’ll never get closer to the water. We loved the beach decor, especially the shiplap in the great family living space. Loved the huge table that had seating for everyone plus! Amazing views up and down the beach. Beach trip

This property is as advertised - on the water. There was a spring storm that came in and caused pretty significant beach erosion around and under the home. Kyle came to make sure everything was ok and offered to relocate us. We chose to stay and enjoyed our time. You will not get a property more on the beach / water than this one.

Location, location, location

I’m not sure how to accurately paint the picture as to how “on the beach” this property is. I think at high tide on the first day there, the waves were literally lapping the stairs on the house. There is no beating the location. Dreamy views through the house, and on the deck, you’re so near the ocean, you almost feel like you’re on a pier. You can sit on the deck and watch your kids play in the water, and toast the sunset each night. Totally dreamy to not have to drag stuff to and from the beach, because you’re literally ON It!

A little piece of Heaven

This was our families second vacation in this lovely accommodating home. To sit on the porch and over see the teens play while watching the (grand) baby monitor ...was a gift. Pat is an incredible owner....she cares....and wants your stay to be perfect. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked (crock pot and all) and a cupboard of spices, etc left behind. Everything is clearly identified and labeled to ensure proper return placement after using, which was very helpful with 3 women in the kitchen (smile). We will return and are so thankful that this little piece of Heaven is shared!

Captivated on the Cape

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE house with the best ocean/beach views by far! We loved the easy access to the beach, we had 4 kids under the age of 5 and it was awesome being able to store everything literally on the beach. Not having to cart everything down. The kitchen had every utensil/gadget you would need (even kid bowls and cups! The house even came with a storage tub full of beach toys!! All bedrooms had tvs with streaming apps which was super helpful for Saturday game day! Kyle was an absolutely wonderful host! He was super helpful and made the entire process very easy! We’ve been coming to the Cape the last 10 years and this house by far has been my favorite! We’re already looking to book it again!
