We had a great stay at the Sunset Rendezvous Beach Condo! Very clean and spacious with modern finishings. Had a nice pool area and is just a quick walk across the road to the beach. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication was good. Recommended!

Great Stay

The Condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen came stocked with lots of cookware and utensils. We did run into a small snafu while checking in, but it was resolved in a timely manner and the owner was very responsive. Overall would recommend.

Great place in Englewood

We only stayed a couple of nights so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything this small complex has to offer but definitely do recommend it as a nice, very recently renovated place right by the beach.

Our stay here was perfect! The house is super clean and updated! I am very picky about cleanliness and I have to say this is one of the cleanest I have seen! The house was stocked with everything we would need.

Awesome Location

The location could not be better, parking & condo access is easy, beach is great and simple to get to, property is clean, near and comfortable. Pretty manager was easily accessible and very quick to respond. When in the area this would be our place of choice to stay next time

We love this area but haven’t been back since the last hurricane. We were not expecting the construction. Understandable but for the cost I wish we could have known the deck was closed and that there would be so much construction noise in the morning. The apartment was aesthetically pleasing and clean. Had everything we needed but did have to restock some things to do laundry and take out trash. Checking in and out was very easy. The kids enjoyed the pool, as well.

Sunburst Condo Manasota Beach

The property was very clean and very nicely updated. Michael's condo was stocked with everything you could need, including kitchen supplies, linens, smart TVs, appliances, and beach gear. My son loved fishing off the dock in the back of the property and hunting for shark teeth at the beach that was just across the street. We also got to see a freshly hatched baby sea turtle, manatees, dolphins, and a baby shark under the dock. Restaurants and shopping are all very close and Blind Pass beach is right down the street, which was absolutely beautiful! We were bummed that the pool was closed for maintenance, but we swam in the ocean instead. I would definitely reccommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Manasota Key!

Condo was everything advertised and more. Couches and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything needed. Pool was quite warm and access to the beach was fantastic. Would rent again from Michael in a minute.

Manasota getaway

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was very clean and well furnished/stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. Perfect location, beach access across the street and walking distance to all of the restaurants. Michael was very responsive with everything we needed. Pool was warm and there is a dock to fish or just sit and watch for dolphins.

Beach and pool

We had 4 adults and 2 older children. We wanted to stay on the beach and also have a pool to swim in. The beach was great even though they were cleaning up hurricane damage we were able to take a short walk across the street through another unit and be right on the beach. The pool was great and warm. The people around were very nice and the host was able to communicate with me when needed. It was a little small for all 6 of us but we knew that going in so it was fine. There were a few very cute shops and many restaurants within walking distance. A great beach town.

Great location & clean!

We had never been to Manasota Key! The host was great about giving us recommendations for our trip. The condo was cozy, clean, & updated nicely. The location of this place is great. You can be to the beautiful beach in 3 min once you leave your door. The pool area was lovely and the views of the water were beautiful. This place is low key and not over populated which we LOVED. We walked to dinner a few nights and found our favorite restaurant The Waverly. Being that we flew in it was nice there are beach chairs and a few beach towels to use. We would absolutely come back to this area!

Beautiful place steps away from the ocean

The place was very nice and recently updated. It was nice that there was some accommodations (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, ziplock bags) to allow us to get started with our vacation, without having to run immediately to the store. They had beach chairs on site which we were able to take down to the beach, this was super helpful since we flew in and were not able to bring our own chairs. We got quick responses from the property owner wherever we had any questions! Had an amazing time!

Nice beach apartment

The apartment was very clean and pretty. The check in process was very smooth. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. It was a little hard to get stuff up the stairs. Loved having the washer/dryer although it shook the whole apartment when we were using it. The master bedroom bed was super high which made us afraid to use the ceiling fan. Loved the bathrooms and the showers were amazing after a day at the beach. The location was great. Only criticism is that all places to eat close at 9pm.

Cute option across the street from the beach

Cute updated apartment two bedrooms and each has a bathroom which is great. No views from the windows but you aren’t here to stay indoors. Easy walk across the street to the beach and property pool in the back is a nice addition with plenty of lounge chairs. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans etc and coffee for one morning Can walk to the local restaurants—enjoyed lunch and dinner at the Waverly A great stay for a family of 4 (Note washer/dryer is a small combo machine and it takes several hours to do one small load of laundry-if you need to to more there are machines downstairs that take quarters)

Memorial Day weekend!

Our time at Sunset Rendezvous was fabulous! We went with another family and each of us rented a separate unit. Both were perfectly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The boys loved fishing off the dock, where we were also able to pull a rented pontoon boat in to pick everyone up. We spent an entire morning at the pool, which is small but clean and relaxing. The proximity to the beach was great! We were able to walk across and enjoy the ocean and sunsets every afternoon/evening. Our favorite restaurants were all within walking distance as well. It was a lovely and relaxing weekend. We will be back!

The unit itself was clean and neat, the pool area was covered with bird/animal feces, I have pictures , so the area and the pool were not usable, a person did come to clean the pool but too late to use or even sit and enjoy it, for the price of the stay I would say not worth it and would not recommend it. We also had a huge ant problem of witch I sprayed for, but the ants were in the kitchen and all along the main door. I had t throw away food. NO view at all, the parking lot dumpster was it. Not a good value and was disappointed .
