Had a lovely family holiday with our young adult children

Air-con in rooms was great as it was in the 30s. Lovely views from the spacious patio area. Only a few minutes to groceries and the sea. Restaurants and cafes plentiful. Ideal for boat trips which launched from out the front- we went on 2.

Confortable and spacious apartment

Confortable and spacious apartment. Very well equipped for a family/group vacation. Short distance to restaurants, beach and grocery stores. We specially enjoyed the big terraza. We felt at home with the help and support of Ideal Property Mallorca Team.

Great apartment in a very good location close to bars, shops and restaurants. A few minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was lovely and clean and great host. We had no issues. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two teenagers.

Amazing value for money

The apartment is perfect if you’d like to stay close to everything without too much noise! Clean, well equipped and definitely very accurate from the ad. Beach is a short walk away, so is the many restaurants and cafes. Supermarket is close by, literally everything you could want is close. If anything at all can be improved, the bathroom lock is a bit hard to turn and makes a lot of noise and if the bidet hasn’t been used for a while there will be some smell coming from it. This is easily fixed by running the water for a few minutes. All in all the experience was great and I’d definitely recommend this apartment!

Impeccable property at lovely location with awesome view from its lovely bright terrace

Location, cleanness ans the terrace Just keep extra bed sheets and cover for blankets in case of long stay it might be required by the guests Also u can keep the keys at the entrance instead of at office which is far away Also inform guests in advance that there is not direct access by car ti this property and they shall park their car near by before coming to place

Amazing apartment

The apartment was amazing. It was so clean and spacious. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the terrace was so beautiful sun all day. The neighbours were lovely. Excellent appartement, emplacement idéal

Tout le nécessaire y était , la cuisine est bien équipée , les chambres étaient bien , le balcon avec sa vue exceptionnelle, malheureusement nous avons reçu un projectile émanant d un locataire du 4 étage qu’est tombé sur le pare soleil et heureusement y a pas eu de blessés , tout autour y avait des parkings gratuit ..sincèrement moi et la famille ont aimé l appartement et son emplacement.. c est parfait .. un 10/10

Beautiful and well kept appartment in a great location

Close to the beach and restaurants. The bedrooms are at the back so there was no noise at night and it had everything we needed. 100% recommend to others, we loved it!

Schöne Lage, nette Begrüßung mit Obst und Wein, Wohnung Optimierungsbedarf

Türen nicht winddicht, zu Terrasse nichtmals abschließbar. Wohnung ist also immer offen. Es zieht durch den Kamin, dadurch ist es kaum warm zu bekommen. Nicht für sechs Personen ausgestattet, zu wenig Besteck, nur zwei Sonnenliegen, keine große Pfanne zum Kochen, Spülmaschine von innen rostig, Dichtung Kühlschrank defekt. Erstes Schlafzimmer: Fenster in den Fahrstuhlschacht, extrem laut, muffiger Geruch, Füße am Bettgestell locker, nur ein Nachtschränkchen für zwei Betten. Erstes Bad: starker Abflussgeruch, Fenster zum Fahrstuhlschacht, Dusche renovierungsbedürftig, Duschkopf für große Menschen viel zu tief, Schrank aufgequollen. Zweites Bad: Nur über Balkon erreichbar, Schrank aufgequollen. Sofa defekt, durchgesessen, Kissen defekt. Aus der Anzeige geht nicht hervor, dass das erste Schlafzimmer nicht über ein Tageslichtfenster verfügt! Ich hätte die Wohnung bei der Info nicht gebucht!! Haus insgesamt sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sind laut. Ohropax sind zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und renoviert Hochstuhl und Babybett vorhanden tolle Terrasse wir konnten bei der Abreise etwas länger bleiben es gibt einen Trockner, was toll ist, wenn man ein Baby/Kind und daher viel Wäsche hat sehr nette Gastgeschenke bei der Anreise (Wein, Saft, Wasser, Äpfel, Schokolade, Chips) Um zum Aufzug zu gelangen, müssen ein paar Stiegen überwunden werden - das sollte beachtet werden, wenn man einen Kinderwagen hat sobald die Heizung abgedreht ist, kühlt die Wohnung im Winter sehr schnell aus es wäre toll, wenn der Wohnungsschlüssel in einem Schlüsselsafe direkt beim Haus abholbar wäre und man nicht extra zum Büro fahren müsste das zweite Badezimmer ist nur über einen Balkon erreichbar - im Sommer sicher kein Problem, im Winter aber ziemlich kalt

Beautiful.apartment with stunning view of Marina

Beautiful.apartment, 3 big bedrooms. Fantastic terrace with large table and sun loungers. Fantastic view of the marina. Beautiful for stting out in the morning and have breakfastlunch. Close to parking and all the restaurants.and a few minutes stroll to the beach. A perfect location.

Top Wohnung am Hafenund unbeschreiblich toller Terrasse

Wirklich empfehlenswert!! Besonders in die Terrasse haben wir uns verliebt - sie ist meeega groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Besonders in der Früh kann man mit Kaffee Stunden lang auf der Terrasse verweilen und ins weite Meer hinaus sehen. Auch war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber*innen top!! Preis/Leistung genauso perfekt! Kommen gerne wieder

Really nice accommodation

Great apartment. Great location. Good beds. Good communication. We were even allowed to stay in the apartment the whole day when we had a late flight. Not necessary, but it would be nice with a lounge on the huge balcony.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Muy buena opción en pleno puerto de Alcudia

La casa está en perfectas condiciones con la cocina totalmente nueva y el menaje también nuevo. La casa estaba muy limpia y es confortable. Tiene una terraza enorme donde se puede estar por las noches (por el día hace demasiado calor). Una de las duchas tenía muy poco caudal. Todo correcto.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Hafen und Strand

Die geräumige Wohnung mit großer Terrasse hat uns in der Nebensaison sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlt praktisch an nichts. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Wohnung. Parkmöglichkeiten waren zu dieser Zeit ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden. Lediglich die ungemütliche Beleuchtung und der zeitweise auftretende Kanalisationsgestank im Bad haben uns etwas gestört.
