Stay in our beautiful hotel! This suite features a fireplace, spa bath, tea/coffee maker and a balcony. All rooms are similar but have a slightly different layout. We are centrally located in downtown Chelan, just a few steps away from boutique shops and night life. This room is only accessible through stairs, and there is a possibility for some noise because this room is located above a restaurant.
THE LANDING HOTEL operates as an AIRBNB property. Staff is not always on site, but always available upon request. Pets are not allowed at this property.

Quaint little spot.

Great little pad centrally located in downtown. Easy access, the room had great character, and the amenities were as advertised. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay! There’s no elevator so pack lite and be ready to carry everything upstairs since all the rooms are on the 2nd floor.

Bad Experience

The property location was great. Accessibility was not good.2nd floor steep stairway no elevator. The check in process was a nightmare. Noone at the site when we checked in a 5:00PM. Were told we needed an access code that we should have received prior to check in. It took us an hour and several calls to finally get in our room. No reseved parking. Not worth the price we paid. There was no reserved parking

Thank you for your review. We do apologize about the check-in instructions not emailing automatically. It does mention in the listing that this location does not have on-site parking, and parking we do offer is in the check-in instructions. This location also just has the self check-in. We will pass the review onto management.

Would not cancel for medical reasona

I ended up in the emergency room two times 1 week before my trip. I contacted the host when I was able and communicated that I would not be able to make our trip for medical reasons. They refused to issue a refund. Stopped communication with me when I asked for a partial refund, but still kept sending me check in info even after I had canceled.

At the time of cancellation, your reservation was non-refundable, and we have to follow our cancellation policy. The sending of the check-in info was a system glitch, but the reservation was cancelled on our end and the cancellation email was sent to you. The last email we got from you said to stop contacting you so we did. We do apologize, but you requested to cancel in the non-refundable period as detailed in the rental agreement you signed before we charged any balance due. Perfect room for a couples get away

Luckily we were able to book a room at the landing last minute for a partial Labor Day weekend get away. Because I had read the reviews I was aware of all the checking in process which made it a breeze. The dedicated parking lot was nice but a little tricky to find. We assumed it was the big parking lot behing the government building but there is a sign that says no overnight parking… the dedicated lot for the landing is one more over between 2 small buildings. Thankfully we figured it out but clearer communication about that would have been nice. The room overall was great, very beautiful room, with a decent view of the water. It says max occupancy is 4 but there’s no pull out couch or anything so 2 people are sleeping on the floor or kids in pack and plays. I was nervous about the room being over a restaurant but they actually close pretty early so it wasn’t a big deal at all! Overall it was a great stay and would stay again and recommend to others!
