Welcome to "Sunny Days", Park Pointe Unit B302, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with breathtaking mountain views and a charming view of Lake Chelan and the Chelan Butte.
This cozy retreat sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master, two queens in the guest and a full-sized comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room, making it the perfect home base for your Chelan getaway.
Start your mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine while soaking in the scenic views. Just steps away, you'll find a community hot tub and game room. A few more steps will get you to Don Morse park which includes a skate park, beach volleyball court, playground, and a pristine beach. Beyond that, all that downtown Chelan has to offer is a short, easy walk, with access to the iconic Lakeview Drive-In, shops, tasting rooms, and more.
With a shared seasonal pool (open May to September) and a year-round hot tub, this condo is ideal for both summer vacations and cozy fall or winter escapes. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a summer BBQ or a holiday feast.
