Parking was ok. Parked by the city park. My room faced the street and there was construction EVERY night I was there! No sleep the first night, a little better the next two nights after I bought a fan to try and drown out the noise. Room needs blackout curtains as the lights on the front of the building that stay on so night are very bright. Hot water took forever to get hot every morning.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay was impacted by construction noise, lighting, and hot water delays. We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team as we work to improve guest comfort. We hope to welcome you back for a better experience.
As described. Parking is a bit of a pain but i knew that going in so I can’t complain.

Thank you for your kind review! We’re glad the property met your expectations. We appreciate your understanding regarding parking and hope to host you again in the future.
Clean room, in the heart of downtown and next to the lake/river. The only issue was there was a streetlight outside our window and you can hear the downtown nightlife outside which made it difficult to sleep. But overall a good stay.
We loved our room. It is directly above the restaurant and next door to the bar, but with the AC fan on.. we were able to sleep comfortably over the noise. Shower pressure was good. Bedding was nice. Pillows suited us both.
With the older windows you can hear everything.....until 1am....

listed this as 2 bedrooms 2 baths. It was only one bedroom. The Landing does not have ANY 2 bedroom units. I would like a REFUND of the $54 booking fee.
You really screwed up the listing of this property. Windermere real estate managers will be contacting you about your mistake
I have MANY suggestions for this place. 1- there was no table or chairs to sit on. The only place to “sit” was in the bed. 2- my husband and I were staying for 2 nights. There were only 3 large towels. That’s not enough for two people. 3- I usually bring my own shampoo/ conditioner, etc. I didn’t this time because it was a short trip. Well, it that was a mistake. There were only 2 small bottles of shampoo (no conditioner) so I had to go to the store and buy my own. 4- we had a great view of downtown, but at night the neon light from the building lite the room up in purple. They need blackout curtains. If I could add a picture, I would. It was terrible. 5- we like coffee in the morning. There was a Kurig, but only 2 coffee pods. Not enough for two mornings for 2 people. 6- the AC didn’t keep up and we were told not to lower it under 70 so it would work better. It didn’t. Also, there is no ventilation (fan system) in the bathroom. 8- and this is minor, but if you have a huge armoire in the room, offer more that 2 hangers. We had clothes to hang, but couldn’t. To charge the same amount as the resort across the street that has a pool, beach access, etc is just nuts. I don’t see us going back in the future unless it is a last option.
