Beautiful country house "Tegliaia", 400 m a.s.l., detached, renovated. 5 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 45 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar.. Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderbar auf einer Anhöhe und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet reichlich Platz, wobei man den fast nicht braucht, da sich der Tag ohnehin komplett draußen abspielt. Das Haus verfügt zwar nicht über eine Klimaanlage, aber wenn man die Fensterläden entsprechend zur Beschattung nutzt bleibt es trotzdem angenehm Kühl im Inneren.

Tegliaia zomer 2019

Tegliaia is een ruim huis, prachtig gelegen in het landschap. De eigenaars zijn hele aardige mensen. Het huis voelt een beetje als vergane glorie. Het zou een grote schoonmaakbeurt kunnen gebruiken (de wanden van de badkamers waren ronduit vies, de toiletpotten ook) en er zou een dag een klusjesman rond moeten lopen om alle kleine dingen te maken zoals loszittende toiletbrillen, wiebelende tafels die met bierviltjes in elkaar worden gehouden etc. Het zwembad is ook mooi gelegen, maar ook het zwembad verdient een grote schoonmaakbeurt. Er zat een hele vieze rand aan de waterrand. Met een beetje moeite kunnen de eigenaars een prachtig vakantiehuis maken van dit huis. Het is dan een fantastisch huis. Wij hadden van tevoren al vragen gesteld over de schoonmaak. Kennelijk is daar niets mee gedaan, jammer.

Großes Gelände in mitten von grünen Bergen so weit das Auge reicht. Perfect für Naturliebhaber.
