Gorgeous modern and sweet.
Come walk into this newly remodeled private home and relax. We have a new fully stocked kitchen and pantry as well as bath luxuries, a cute backyard and a larger front yard. Relax in a lovely Orangevale setting.
A private gate encloses the front yard. An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera facing the entrance/entry pathway for safety and security will allow you to have your own personal digital code.
Our guests rave about the striking beauty and modernity of this cool space which we reserve for couples and sweet families. The occasional small family gathering may be approved by special request. Partying is not permissible.
You may come and enjoy the Orangevale Parks and Recreation center pool in the Summertime or countless great restaurants, home delivery of food or a walk through the neighborhood.
Your hosts are delighted to make your stay a wonderful experience and are always available to help, advise, or assist.

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was very clean - immaculate, actually! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood - we slept great! Numerous amenities we didn't have time to enjoy, but we certainly appreciated them. This is a very well kept property and Ginger is a wonderful host. We had a quick question and she answered my phone call immediately! Thank you so much.

There was plenty to keep us occupied during our stay. There was just one small issue gaining access to the home after more than 10 hours of travel. Once resolved, all was more than we expected and throughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Great little house!!

Worked great for us to have a place to stay while visiting local family. Nice decor and super clean! Great little extras supplied, will definitely stay again.

Very nice home and clean . We really enjoyed staying here. Very private and gated. The owners were very helpful to respond immediately with questions I ask. I am coming back again for sure I would give this place a10 star beautiful backyard too.

Beautiful, comfortable, and just like the photos!

The house was perfect and so nicely decorated. The hosts provided all the incidentals and the home was perfect for our family. I would highly recommend and rent this home again.

Cozy and relaxing

It is near almost anything you would want to do, lake, shopping in old town Folsom, restaurants, bistros, etc! It was just lovely~!

Great property

This is a nice rental and served our needs perfectly. Ginger and her husband were excellent communicators and we would recommend this VRBO. We would stay here again in the future if our travels brought us back to the area.

Ginger was a delight to deal with and her property was just as described. Clean, well stocked and the perfect base for exploring wineries and Folsom Lake area. Wonderful warm time out. We would return in a heartbeat.
