When we first arrived we discovered there was no water. Notified the owner and it was taken care of the next day. There were a few amenities that were missing like kitchen towels, instructions were wrong,

As soon as I was notified, I coordinated to have it resolved as quickly as possible and fortunately service was restored the following day. I was sorry to learn after your stay that you were unable to locate the kitchen towels. Had I known during your visit, I would have gladly directed you to where they were stored or immediately arranged for additional towels to be delivered. The only instructions I became aware were outdated involved the trash collection day, which had recently changed shortly before your arrival. Since I do not live locally, the updated notice unfortunately was not forwarded to me in time, but the information has since been corrected for future guests. I truly appreciate feedback like yours, as it helps me continue improving the guest experience for future visitors. Our host saw to our every need. As we were there to visit family, we weren't at the rental much but we had ever we needed while we were. We didn't use the hot tub or appliances. There was coffee and tea provided. We asked if he had a thermos to keep the coffee hot. He didn't but he got us one by the end of the day.The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The place was spotless.It is in a very quiet location but only minutes from restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.We don't golf but it is very close to the golf course.We don't have babies or pets but there were playpen and dog bowls provided as well as lawn chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers. Things that are hard to bring when you are flying.Communication was fast and efficient. John was very accommodating.We would 100% stay there on our next visit to Cape Coral.

Thank you again for choosing our home and for the opportunity to host you and your family. It was a pleasure having you, and I’m glad you enjoyed the house during your stay. Unfortunately, the A/C compressor failed unexpectedly on Saturday evening. A licensed HVAC company was at the home on Sunday to diagnose the issue, and the replacement compressor was installed promptly once it became available. The system is now fully operational. The home is only four years old, and the A/C system is professionally serviced every six months to ensure it operates at peak performance. While this was an unforeseen mechanical issue, it was addressed as quickly as possible. Thankfully, the weather was cooler during your visit, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Providing an excellent guest experience is always my top priority, and I would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
