Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and attached, upgraded bathrooms with granite countertops, glass enclosed walk-in shower and marble floors. This residence also includes a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available. This residence is located in building one which is closest to Beaver Creek village.

Condo is well maintained. Everything in working order. Nice corner unit. Location is great. Very short walk to the village. Historically low snowfall so we were unable to ski in/ski out but Charter shuttle was efficient and easy to use to get to Centennial/ ski lift. Did not give 5 stars only because condo lacked cooking supplies/ essentials. Only salt/ pepper were available. Recommend additional items such as cooking oil, tin foil, Tupperware, etc.
