We are grateful for the accommodations. We were able to relax as a family and share stories around the dinner table. The location was fantastic. It is close to everything including the campus. We would stay again if we have a reason to visit State College in the future.

Wonderful House!

The house was perfect and much larger in size than expected. Easy and clear expectations for for check in and check out. From the moment you walked in you could tell the space was well kept and CLEAN. Owners very friendly and available for any concerns. We will be booking again for another weekend getaway!

PSU reunion weekend

We had a wonderful stay..8 women who graduated in 1999 and came in for a much needed reunion. The house is bigger than appears in pictures and was exactly as described otherwise. Highly recommended!

Perfect birthday party guest housing

We we’re hosting a birthday party with lots of out-of-town guests. The rental was very close by and perfect for older guests who wanted to get to bed earlier. Everyone was very happy with the unit and would gladly stay there again. Only request was to add a full-length mirror for guests not staying in the master suite.

Our Whiteout Weekend

We loved our stay in this house! The house was larger than expected and had plenty of room for our two couples and a teenager. The home was very clean, everything new and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We loved the coffee bar and appreciated the special touches added throughout the house (throw blankets, extra toothbrushes, and Stickies :)). The location was good, about a 10-minute Uber ride to Beaver Stadium and very close to multiple restaurants and Walmart. The neighborhood is older but quiet. Communication by our hosts was excellent so we didn't need to contact them at any point! Most importantly, the beds were actually comfortable (big plus in our book) with nice linens and comforters!! The owners did stay in a studio apartment on the property, which was unusual for us, but we didn't know they were even there for the most part. We highly recommend this house and would stay here again!! Thank you, Joe and Marueen, for your hospitality! WE ARE!

This property is excellent. Extremely clean and well appointed. Arrived to find a personalized welcoming note and small gift, which was a nice added touch. The common area is large and well arranged. Location is near many stores and coffee and just a short ride to campus and downtown. Would definitely return.

McDonnell Group - PSU Ohio Game

Great house and location. Plenty of room to prep for tailgating and socializing in the evening after the game. Everything is new and house is in great shape and welcoming. Look forward to another stay.
