Cozy 2BR, 1BA cabin with queen beds plus a futon in the living room. Sleeps 4 comfortably (6 maximum). Just 1/4 mile to the beach and downtown Long Beach, and only a few blocks from the market, brewpubs, and restaurants. Enjoy nearby hiking, shopping, museums, and coastal adventures.
Relax in the large yard with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVDs, and a covered porch with a propane fire pit.
Pacific Alder is a Certified Wildlife Habitat® through the National Wildlife Federation, and the yard has been thoughtfully cultivated as a wildlife garden. Keep an eye out for native birds, butterflies, and our resident wood duck house, which provides nesting habitat each spring.
The property is also home to a small honeybee apiary tucked away on the south side of the property, behind a two-car garage. The bees play an important role in supporting the surrounding habitat and flowering plants. Honey bees are generally gentle and focused on gathering nectar and pollen. If you see a bee buzzing nearby, it's most likely just passing through on its way to forage. They rarely sting unless defending their hive or if they feel trapped or threatened.
Hosted by a local intuitive energy practitioner and Reiki master, this peaceful cabin is an ideal retreat for rest, renewal, creative escapes, and a chance to reconnect with nature.

Good location and solid house. Only minor complaints were that the furniture wasn't very comfortable and wifi went down (town issue not house issue though). I'd go there again.
This house was perfect! We loved the decor, and the cozy feel! The kitchen was well stocked, and the blankets and heaters kept us warm at night. We enjoyed our time by the fire also! The best part was location! Best spot to be in Seaview! We loved our stay!
Loved it. It was the best place I've rented for amenities. Games, books, movies, cookware, and a huge yard with deer. I did have a bit of a hard time finding it because it sits back off the road and so does the board with the address on it. But we loved it.
Hosts were very accommodating and responsive! The location is walking distance to the beach and any food or general supplies were available at a store nearby. The house was lovely!
We enjoyed our stay at this cute home, which we visited in April 2026. Our hosts made it easy to be there with a dog, providing extra towels, blankets and dishes for canines. The enclosed porch was a bonus, allowing for doggie security when we were outside. We enjoyed the visiting deer in the backyard. Wendy stayed in communication and responded quickly when we brought forward a minor issue with the stove. The wifi was good and reliable through some really stormy weather. We enjoyed being within walking distance of a grocery and other services.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our great grandson had never seen the ocean before, and he was thrilled. The location was great. Everything was easy to access. The property is beautiful. I loved your little miniatures. they were spread all around and I tried to put them back where they could be enjoyed by others. We left a copper coin on the kitchen window seal. That is from the Cowlitz tribe as a thank you and a blessing to you all, We look forward to renting this place again . You will be our go to from now on. Thank you so very much ,
The cabin was so nice, clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed. The beds were super comfortable, which my mom and I were so happy about! We brought our 2 dogs who are crate trained and they did great, minus a mishap with my mom's anxious dog and a destroyed curtain . The host was AMAZING. So kind and understanding. It was my mom's birthday and the host literally gave her a little birthday gift and a card. We asked to add another day to our trip and she was super amenable. This was my first time using VRBO and the host was the best, hands down. We will be returning, definitely.

You were wonderful guests. I am so sorry I missed the window to give you a glowing review I don’t know what happened. Any host would be lucky to have you both! I was able to give you a host to host recommendation😊
Our family loved staying here. The owners left us a note about the area and a festival happening that weekend. The house had beach toys to use and plenty of games for when it rained. Plenty of room for our family of 5
We stayed at this property while family was camping at Cape Disappointment - this little house was exactly what we needed to keep us comfortable and also close to family. Wendy was great and got back to me quickly when I had questions. We would certainly stay again next year!
It was wonderful! Just the right size for the 3 of us plus a dog. Well-stocked with dishes, towels, kitchenware, cleaning products, dvds, special touches to make it special. Warm and well-loved. Loved our holiday!
Cute and cozy little house. Our 2 goldens loved the yard.
