The lovingly built holiday home, built in 2006, in a quiet location, on a very spacious, little visible private property with a private pool and mountain view to the Montgo, invites you to relax.

The completely enclosed private property with a lovingly designed palm garden is a paradise for your vacation.

The very well-kept holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to the terrace and the pool. a cozy fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning systems, which can also be warmed up for the cooler season.

The fitted kitchen with a small breakfast bar is equipped with a stove with an oven, a small dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.
The dining area has a stone table with four chairs and an electric fireplace.
The two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is ready for you with a shower, vanity, toilet and bidet.

The private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase with handrail for easy entry. The sun terrace, covered with natural stone, surrounds the pool. There are comfortable sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and two parasols for your relaxation.

A spacious car parking space is also available on the property.

Restaurants and bars as well as the city center are about 5 minutes away by car.

The kilometer-long sandy beach of the Costa Blanca is also about 5-7 minutes away by car.

Our very well-kept holiday home is definitely worth a HOLIDAY.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Außenbereich ist super schön angelegt, alles sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, groß und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch die Einrichtung und Deko im Haus sind sehr gemütlich, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Alles war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Wir können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre. Le jardin et la terrasse sont parfaits pour se détendre, et le quartier est calme tout en étant proche des commodités.Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles. Erholung und Luxus Pur

Wir durften 12 Tage in diesem kleinen, sehr gepflegten Paradies verbringen. Die Sauberkeit sowie die Lage waren einfach perfekt. Die Einrichtung, speziell in der Küche, war einfach unglaublich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, ob Pfannen, Kaffeemaschinen oder div. Elektrogeräte, ALLES vorhanden. Der Aussenbereich, inkl. der div. Palmen und Dekorgegenstände ist top gepflegt. Man merkt vom ersten Moment an, dass sehr viel Liebe und Arbeit in dieser Anlage steckt. Arsen, die gute Perle/Houskeeper, war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub und stets sehr freundlich und diskret. Wir sind sehr Dankbar für diese wundervolle Zeit und können es nur wärmstens weiter Empfehlen. Vielen Dank Christina
