Jefferson Street vacation rentals

I booked this place based on its correlation to Rupp Arena. I had tickets to an event and didn't want to fight with parking or traffic, so the plan was to find a place within walking distance and THIS WAS IT! There couldn't be a more perfect place! The location was perfect, the place was perfect, the bed was so comfortable! They even had extra amenity baggies should you have forgotten anything, such as toothbrushes, razors, etc (which we did lol). It was clean, tastefully decorated, smelled nice. I would definitely stay here again! If I HAD to find anything to complain about, it's that the floors must be a bit thin because you can really hear the people walking around above you. I wear earplugs to sleep anyways, so it didn't bother me much.

Had a great time here! We got stuck a couple extra days with car trouble and staying the extra nights was so easy and communication was great all weekend. My SO and I stay in VRBOS often and always look for a few main things: proper air conditioning, (we’ve had two places that were just so hot sadly) filtered water and ice available, (nobody wants to drink tap water in a place they’re unfamiliar with) and functionality/cleanliness and really this place just hit everything right in the nail. It really felt like they thought of everything for this place. It was very home like and comfortable. I love how charming the neighborhood is, old houses are one of my favorite things and just being in that area was awesome. We’ll be back hopefully next year!

My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here for a family wedding weekend, not only was the downtown location perfect, it was very spacious with plentiful and comfortable seating for relaxing between events! Privacy was on point as bedrooms were opposite side of condo. Gated entrance and parking was on point too! Walkable to Rupp& downtown restaurants & bars..make it your first choice for visiting Lexington!

We stayed here for the week of our wedding and we've been in such a state of marital bliss that we're extremely late in giving this review actually! But seriously, this place was everything we could have hoped for. Not only is the property beautiful but Jeannette and her husband were such lovely hosts....extremely communicative, friendly, and accommodating. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a special, stress-free week across the board and we are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend staying with these hosts whenever you have the chance!

We had a group in town for bourbon tours and a day at Keeneland. We had two places rented downtown, but other than when we were out and about, we spent time at this place. Great for being by Rupp, UK, close to Keeneland. Walk to downtown bars and restaurants. TVs everywhere. Perfect inside and out. Only downside was no designated parking. We moved our car for Big Blue Madness and then thought we could move it back after. But then got towed because a running race finished right in front of the condo the next morning. Oh well, still worth it.
