Woodhaven 10: Large and Spacious Ski-In/Out 4BR in Sun Peaks w/ Private Hot Tub
Woodhaven 10 is a luxurious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a sleeping den and private hot tub. The living room features a cathedral ceiling that allows for massive nearly floor-to-ceiling windows which let in tons of natural sunlight, warmth, and provides a great view of Mt Morrisey, too!
Open concept from this very inviting living room is the dining area that seats 7 at the table and 4 at the bar, and the very spacious full kitchen. Right off of the dining area is a private balcony with a patio set, perfect for a summer barbeque. There's a second private balcony with seating off of the master bedroom as well.
This home has a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a double bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk in the third bedroom, a double bed in the fourth bedroom, and a sofabed in the den. This is the perfect home for anyone that loves entertaining, and certainly has enough space! The ski-in access is by taking the East Village Ski Way from the Sundance Express lift, and the ski-out access is by taking the East Village Ski Way from the Morrisey Express.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
