Good spot for our family spring break trip. Close enough to the strip to access the things we wanted to do there as well as being close to the freeway to easily explore other spots away from the city. Kids loved the game room, hot tub/pool and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Check in was super smooth and host was very easy to communicate with. Listing did include a dishwasher in the amenities as well as photos, however the dishwasher had been removed. While this was slightly disappointing, we had only a few dishes to hand wash so not a big enough deal to lose stars overall. Property was clean & had plenty of towels which is always a plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed this place. Close to the strip, and the pool was perfect, and the arcade was lots of fun. Highly recommend it, can’t wait to return.

Why they chose this property

This property is beautifully located near the Strip, Airport, UNLV, Allegiant Stadium, and is in a quiet residential community so you can enjoy some peace away from the craziness. The huge swimming pool is nice to relax by during Vegas summers and beautiful spring/fall seasons. The owners personally designed this space to feel like a relaxing lounge that's all your own for your trip.

What makes this property unique

The thing that made us fall in love with this house is the huge yard. It's 1/3 of an acre, with plenty of space for an RV, and privacy to enjoy lounging by the pool. We also loved the floorplan with the bedrooms and game room downstairs and the possibilities to have an arcade in the garage area. Of course the location was #1, it's nice to be so close to the Strip and the Airport you can just jump in an Uber
