This home is very comfortable, newly renovated and has an ideal lay-out in a prime location near downtown Naples. It is minutes from the white sandy beaches and 5th Avenue where you will find many shops, restaurants businesses and things to do. Peaceful setting, walking distance to attractions such as Tin City, grocery store and restaurants. It is the best of both worlds- great for those seeking a relaxing setting in a beachy neighborhood & for those who want to be close to the downtown area. This ranch-style home is modern and fully upgraded. It features split bedrooms for added privacy. The master has an on- suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The guest rooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. Living room is spacious with an open floor plan. The lanai has 2 separate seating areas leading to a large fully fenced in yard. The sunroom doubles as a game room for added entertainment for large families.

This house was great for a family stay. The back patio was nice, there were plenty of towels and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was nice as well. We had a few issues while we were there (just standard with rental properties at times) and they were resolved timely without issue. We would definitely stay here again.

We never received our check-in email with the door code and other important information. Thanks to VRBO customer support we were eventually able to at least get the door code. The house was fine although there were a few minor maintenances issues that need to be taken care of. The location is excellent! It is close to 5th Avenue and the beach. Marco Island is just a short drive away and the shelling was wonderful.

Lovely home

Sylvia the host was awesome! She went out of her way to make sure we were able to check in late coming from California. The house was nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. The rooms were comfortable and beds were nice. Overall, the place was clean and comfortable for my family during our stay in Florida. Naples was a beautiful town. Wished we had extra days to sight see.

Lovely property in great location for Downtown Naples

We stayed here for a week in mid March and found the property to be ideal for our stay. The property is spacious and well equipped in the kitchen and we loved the pool table in the side building. The owner was very helpful and I have only not given 4 stars not 5 for communication as I did have to chase for a reply once but then received a response quickly. It's easily possible to walk into the downtown shops and restaurants in around 15-20 mins, and we can recommend the Country House restaurant for breakfast which is about 5 mins walk. Overall would thoroughly recommend the unit.
