SVP is beautifully furnished and stocked full of all the extras you’ve come to expect from our homes. The kitchen and living space is huge and very open. All floors offer gulf facing patios or decks. You will love the North Cape location, easy beach access and private pool. Just a bike ride or a stroll down the Loggerhead Trail and you have the convenience of grocery essentials, ice cream and the fresh catch of the day!

*On the ground floor you will find parking for four vehicles, the in ground private, heated (for a fee) pool and an outdoor hot/cold shower. The entrance foyer offers plenty of closet storage for your extra items.

*Up the stairs and on the second level there are three bedrooms. The two gulf facing bedrooms offer king beds and a large, shared balcony. The third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk with a pull-out twin trundle.

*Going up the stairs to the third (top) level you are greeted by a large open living area with bar seating in the kitchen and French doors leading to a wonderful deck. This is the place where dinners are prepped, the family gathers and sunsets are the feature event. The king bedroom includes a full bath which is shared with the common area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and then some!

Ground floor:
* Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
* Inground private pool (option to heat for a fee) It has a nice paver pool surround and a perimeter fence.
* Parking for 4+ cars and room for a trailer.

Level 2:
*Two gulf facing king bedrooms w/private baths, large tiled walk-in showers and quartz vanities.
*Twin over full bunk w/twin trundle. Private bath with traditional tub.
*Laundry closet with stacking, front loading oversized washer and dryer.
*Large gulf facing balcony is access from and shared by both king suites.

Level 3:
* Kitchen w/range, french-door refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range and plenty of cupboard space stocked with prep and serving items. Traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. All appliances are stainless.
* Large kitchen peninsula w/seating for (4), quartz counter tops.
* Dining table w/seating for (6).
* King bedroom suite w/shared bath, walk-in shower and quartz vanity.

*There are TV’s in the family room and all bedrooms. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

* Pets are considered at this home, but please solicit approval for specific size, breed, and quantity. Call prior to booking to inquire about pet approval/details. All pets must be approved. A nonrefundable pet fee will be applied to your stay.

*This home also includes a $250 VayK gear credit that guests can use toward beach gear rental during your stay. This credit is limited to a maximum of 14 days.

*We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit of 25 for renters.
