The place was very close to Hot Spring National Park and the downtown. Very clean, and the host was very attentive.

This a perfect location to access Hot Springs town and the National Park. Don't expect frills, it's an historic building with all the quirks and wonky bits that come with it, but the owner is extremely responsive and the location is spot on.

I loved the style of the place and it was very walkable to downtown and all the fun things available. Host was super communicative and answered questions quickly.

The host responded quick and was kind. However we wouldn't have stayed at this property if the pictures accurately represented the outside. With the abundance of homeless persons now around the Hotsprings main drag, it was a little terrifying to be staying right next to an abandoned building with several dark entry ways, right where we had to park. Also the shower curtains were very stained and touch you because it is a narrow claw foot tub. New shower curtains and a rug would HAVE been appreciated and not expensive.

Thanks for the feedback Misti. External lightbulbs have been replaced, and the shower curtains have as well. More updates coming to this unit in the near future as we continue to remodel the building. Wish you would have let us know these things as we could've handled them during your stay.
