Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom desert retreat features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, counter height-seating, two dining areas, dedicated work space, and living room with 70” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, 40” Smart TV, and private access onto the balcony area.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 70” Smart TV, an additional living room, loft with 55” Smart TV, a covered patio, BBQ grill, outdoor lounge furniture, private pool with a large umbrella for additional shade, front porch with seating, laundry room, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Oasis in the desert

Clean and cozy property in a quiet side of town, with a big yard and a pool in the center. Recommended and would definitely return to this location if I ever go back to Arizona.

Great family home

Home was great for family stay. Plenty of bedrooms, multiple large common areas and well stocked kitchen. Backyard and pool were great for enjoying the weather. Neighborhood was nice and had easy access to hwys.

Weekend - Spring baseball w/ Reds

Good trip - house was very nice and conveniently located 7 minutes from the Reds Goodyear complex. Large house with four bedrooms for each guest. Kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. (Disposal didn’t work) Very spacious family room. Only complaint - backyard exterior was poorly maintained - weeds everywhere and not enough exterior furniture - no chairs or a table in the back yard. All in all - I would stay here again.

Never again

Problems ranged from wadded up paper left in master shower to my phone number given to a washing machine repairman who called me to get into the house. There were leaves in the swimming pool, but the cleaning net was broken. Package deliveries for unknown person came every day we were there. TV in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn on. Washing machine was broken and owners offered to pay for my laundry costs if I had to go to a laundromat, if I could give them a receipt. Constant communication with the property manager interrupted my visit with my cousins who live nearby. It was all very unprofessional. Giving my phone number to a stranger without my permission is ridiculous and very unsettling.

Great House and Pool

We really enjoyed staying at this property for a week in Phoenix. Great price for the size of home and wonderful pool. Neighborhood was clean and quiet and the home is close to lots of good restaurants and things to do. Topgolf was a big hit with our teenagers and is about 15-20 minutes away. We’ll stay here again the next time we head to Phoenix.

Spacious Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautiful and very spacious accommodating all seven adults easily, with room to spare. We would stay again.

Lots of space in Avondale

Great working with the property managers. Great communication. Lots of space for us to spread out. Very clean. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
