It was a beautiful home. The bedroom layout was perfect for our the early risers in our group. Very conveniently located to our activities. Nicely appointed and had all the amenities that we needed. We hope to stay there again.

Communication with the owner was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process.The pool was clean, well cared for, and provided hours of fun and relaxation for our group. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect place for our vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great get away.

Josh was a great host! The house was very new and fully updated and so clean! The kids loved the pool and fire pit area. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. I would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and very nice house! Josh had great communication with me prior to the reservation dates, during our stay and on the day we left. Would definitely book again if we ever decide to stay in this area again! Also glad we heated the pool- definately recommend in the winter months.

Great spot for a girls trip!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip, and had a blast. The pool was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with! Plus the location was great: quiet area, but an easy drive to downtown. The taco truck down the road at the gas station us excellent, too. I’d highly recommend this property.

Stay here while in Phoenix, you will love it. Our large family attended my granddaughter’s graduation. There were 12 of us staying at the house. Everyone loved the accommodations and the pool. The location is terrific, the neighborhood is quiet, and the stay with seamless. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. All appliances are brand new. The decorations in the house are spot on.Best of all the Owner was very communicative and got back to me immediately with any questions.

Perfect Bachelorette Stay

This house is stunning!!! So so clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool the patio and common areas are so accommodating to fun family and friend time! The area provides quick easy access to everything fun in Westgate and surrounding areas. We will be back!

Larry, it was great having you and your guests and thanks again for letting me know about the keys left behind by the previous guests. I sent them back to them in Illinois by UPS today. They were most appreciative. Just wanted to let you know that the pullout couch in the office is for pre-approved stays that include more than the allowable "up to 12 guests" reservations. We allow for up to 14 guests with pre-approval and related fees in which case full linens, pillows, etc. would be provided for the office pull out couch. Just wanted you to know in case you come back and want to make use of it during your stay. Once again, thanks for staying with us. You guys are welcome back anytime!!

Great Location in Glendale

We had a large gathering for a family event in Glendale. It is close to the stadium, casino and entertainment. It was also fairly close to Sun City where we visited relatives.The house is new as are the furnishings. We had seven adults staying there and there was room for five more. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The pool was awesome with a shelf to sit and dangle legs in the pool under the umbrellas and a deeper part to paddle about. The only downside was road noise as the property backs up to a busy road, but that busy road has everything you need in close proximity.
