Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1527 square feet, well appointed golf course home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Adventure awaits in any direction you venture.

We are native to NW Washington State and love that we can be in the mountains one morning and out on the boat in the saltwater that afternoon. Our active family of 4 loves adventure and being outdoors whether it be hiking, fishing, golfing or camping. While summers in the PNW cannot be beat, the dark gloomy Washington winters can be rough. That is why we decided to buy a home in Arizona to get some much needed sunshine every so often.

Why they chose this property

This location is very central. Close to stores, restaurants and parks, less than 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway while Sky Harbor Airport is close as well. This neighborhood is clean and safe with the best neighbors. Being right on the golf course is unique and a lot of fun. Close to everything yet in a quite neighborhood.
