Please know the vast majority of vacation rental homes on Hatteras Island offer stays with or without a charge for linens to provide the most affordable rates for those who like to bring their own linens and towels. Modest starter essentials are also part of our tradition of frugal efficiency so valued by our long-time guests (the details of which are outlined on our website during the booking process). We are dismayed to hear that you encountered a mysterious malfunction of the hot tub during the later part of your stay. We are always eager to remedy any concern as soon as it is brought to our attention. Given the lack of response you’ve shared here, we appreciate the opportunity to investigate what might have gone awry with our systems that could have caused this unusual oversight on our part.
