Come enjoy a fun filled stay in the woods in our three-bedroom home with large bonus space on the 8th fairway of Prospector Golf Course. You can relax by stargazing in the hot tub, savoring a drink around the fire, cooking delicious meals in our gourmet kitchen or playing corn hole in the yard. In addition, be entertained with Sonos equipped indoor/outdoor speakers and a 77-inch OLED TV.

We offer 10am check-in and 5pm check-out so guests can fully enjoy their time in Suncadia. We are very flexible with this, so if you need additional flexibility, just ask us :)

***Our property does NOT allow access to the swimming pools and fitness centers due to resort rules regarding private rentals. Therefore, you will not be charged the $75/night resort fee.***

Our home is located on the 8th fairway of Prospector Golf Course. It is a new modern home built in 2019. It has a large master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms – one with a king and one with a queen bed. There is also a large bonus room with three twin trundle beds that can comfortably sleep three adults or six children.

The main level has an open floor plan and a large, well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen features an indoor grill and griddle, steam oven, and large butcher block island. The outdoor area is a beautiful setting overlooking the golf course with a fire pit, grill and hot tub. Our home is a great place for family gatherings, golf and spa trips or to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our Tesla charger is available for guest use.

We offer a washer, dryer and laundry detergent. Our driveway comfortably accommodates five vehicles.

For families with kids, we offer pack n plays, a stroller, a high chair, and multiple toys, games and books. Our house is a five-minute walk to a playground.

Heather is an outstanding host and her FUNcadia house is beautiful! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals (except the food, of course!). We loved how walkable it is to the lodge and nearby park. Seeing deer roaming the backyard was a bonus too! The flexible check-in/out schedule was the cherry on top!

Family Fun at Suncadia

This house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated our family/extended family. Having young kids, the house had everything we needed. From kids plate ware, to games and puzzles. The game room was fun for all ages and the oversized kitchen made it easy to cook and eat together. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Dream vacation!

The most amazing and well maintained home we have been to. We loved the concept of early check in and late check out. The communication between the owners was amazing and quick. We loved the accommodation and hospitality we received to make a memorable new year get together with the family. Highly recommend this home for a getaway cabin!

Lovely Suncadia Home

We celebrated a 50th birthday with family. We have stayed at many places in Suncadia and this was an excellent choice. Spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Sits right on the golf course. The host was top notch and always checked-in to see how things were going. Also, very happy with the flexibility on check-in and check-out times.

Fall family getaway

Three generations of our family made great memories and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather for a fun, long weekend in Suncadia. The beautiful house was clean & roomy and well supplied with everything needed. This was a perfect location and the three kids (ages 2-6) loved the toys, trikes & playroom with the trundle beds, and close proximity to a park. The 5 adults enjoyed the layout & space, inside & out. Everything we needed was supplied and the owners were wonderful in their communications, making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Beautiful property

Beautiful home. Well stocked. We spent a little extra per night than we normally do, but the check in at 10am and check out at 5pm was worth the extra money. We will definately rent this home again.

Friends and family weekend getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is gorgeous and extremely kid friendly. The owner went way above and beyond to assist when a smoke alarm that we couldn’t reach started chirping in the evening. We were very impressed and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved this house. It was clean, well stocked and home owners were very communicative. The early check in and late checkout times are seriously the best! Loved not having to rush out the door first thing in the morning.

Weekend getaway

Our family stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday! The house was even more amazing in person than the pictures. There was a total of ten of us ranging in age from 18 to 90, plus a couple of fur babies, and there was enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Heather, the owner, was so sweet and quickly responded to any and all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

it was perfect.

Christine was very helpful and attentive. The house was like a new one, and very easy to warm up. Bed were fabulous and the hot tub was clean and inviting. I wish it was on the western side of Snoqualmie pass, because I would have made a return reservation before that stay was over. It's a great find--you won't be sorry.

Beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures didn't show-off how huge the kitchen was and how clean and beautiful the entire home was. We had rented 2 homes for 21 adults and children. Oh and 2 dogs. We sometimes had everyone over for dinner and had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The forest fire smoke put a damper on our outdoor plans so we were able to take advantage of the games in the garage and playroom upstairs. We also played games on the large dining table downstairs. The hostess was super responsive and very gracious. We would jump at the chance to stay there again in the future!

Fabulous Family Get-away

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We had the perfect long weekend getaway with family and friends all thanks to this amazing property and host! The house is beautiful, great location and has everything you need. It can always be a hassle traveling with young kids but this house made it easy so we didn’t have bring all the kid items with us (pack n play, high chair, toys, books, etc). In addition, Heather was an amazing host and was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay there again!

This house and stay surpassed any and all expectations. Heather was amazing to work with and her communication was beyond superior. We absolutely loved this house and everything it had to offer. What a great winter getaway! The house is amazing and has everything you may need plus more. My family had such a fun time with plenty of room for everyone, lots for the kids to do, and it felt like home! Heather was so responsive and the extra touches to make you feel welcome were awesome!!
