Welcome to our lovely condo which is located in the famed Truman Annex Complex right in the heart of fabulous Key West. Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.. Enjoy everything that Key West has to offer and more. Lounge on the newly refinished deck. Enjoy the beautiful landscaping and the picturesque scenery. Take a short walk to the heated pool, get some sun, read a book, take a dip. Paradise awaits you. If you want all the activities and excitement of downtown/old town Key West - it is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. Truly the best of both worlds of privacy/ relaxation and the restaurants, shops, pubs and tourist activities of Key West.

The condo is conveniently located on the first floor. Reserved parking is provided and located directly at your front door.

There are so many activities and attractions to see, breathtaking Mallory Square sunsets, Fort Zachary Beach and the famous Duval Street - just to name a few. So take a leisurely stroll or hop on your bike and find out for yourself why Key West is the best.

We have been owners of this property for 28 years. We truly love all that Key West has to offer. All of our guests have loved that our condo is very private and extremely well located with all of the amenities that you need.

Why they chose this property

We love Key West. The location of our condo is ideal. It is located in a gated community that is just a 5 to 10 minute walk from almost anywhere in old town.

What makes this property unique

You have the best of both worlds. You may enjoy the quiet aviance of a gated community during the day. If you decide that you want activity - there are numerous shops, restaurants and sightseeing opportunities within a few minutes walk. Many guests do not rent a car as the ideal old town location of our condo lends itself to the ability to walk just about anywhere that you desire. If you have a car- the assigned parking spot is directly in front of your front door. No steps to climb carrying luggage or groceries.
