The kitchen sparkles with quartz countertops, mermaid backsplash, new stainless appliances, and a show-stopping chandelier. Relax on the Italian leather couch and enjoy the custom artwork designed for this property. After a day of frolicking, slip into the new bed featuring cozy organic bedding. The double French doors lead to a huge deck- perfect for morning coffee, entertaining or sunset enjoyment. The Shipyard includes a heated pool, assigned parking, security, and tree shrouded walking paths. The condo is perfectly placed in the very desirable Truman Annex offering a tranquil neighborhood, yet so close to the newly developed Truman Waterfront Park, Fort Jefferson State Park and its popular beaches, and the excitement of Duval St.

It was with a sad heart we had to say goodbye to this property due to changes with Truman Annex. Stayed here many times because WE LOVE IT!! Perfect and like a home away from home. Clean, modern with all amenities you would need for a comfortable vacation. If I ever decide on a 30 day stay in the Keys, I will definitely look to book again.Thanks for allowing us to use your property for all these years!!

Great stay and lively condo

Very clean and quiet condo. Everything was as listed. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the balcony off the back and location in Truman annex can’t be beat.

Key West perfect location

Quiet and beautiful areas, we could walk to Beach at Ft. Zachary Taylor, to the Southern most point and all up and down Duval street. The condo was clean, had beach chairs for use and lots of kitchen supplies. We highly recommend this area to stay on your key west trip!

Great Location - Clean - Comfortable

The location of this property is perfect. You are close to all the action in town, but far enough away that you can have some quiet time too. You’re only a short bike ride or walk to fort Zachary beach which is a great place to chill for the afternoon. The condo is decorated really tastefully with comfortable furnishings. It is clean, well equipped and perfect for two people. We would stay here again in the future.

Quite except the one night that a rooster crowed all night under our bedroom window 🤣🤣🤣The only thing was our flight got in earlier than expected , so if you arrive earlier then check in time no place to leave your luggage. We had to drag 3suitcases around .

Best one yet!!

I visit Key West every year since 2012. I've always stayed at the Truman Annex in a different unit each year. Although they have been nice, this was by far the best unit I have ever stayed in. Everything in the unit was just as the pictures depicted. The unit was clean, you couldn't even tell someone had just checked out a couple hours before my arrival. I was absolutely impressed with the property, but now the spouse does not want to stay anywhere else but in this unit. I've already booked for next year!!

Excellent, quiet location!

Small, but extremely well furnished and equipped. French doors opening to a big outdoor deck was a huge plus. Inside was a bit dark if French doors to deck weren't open. Only one closet with an 18" clothes rod was inadequate for hanging clothes. Ceiling fans were noisy. Air conditioner worked great. Location was excellent, we were able to walk just about everywhere. Truman Annex was very quiet at night, which was nice. Would have been nice to have a couple bikes included but a bike shop was nearby. Would stay there again.

It is quiet, relaxing, and has all the essentials. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. Pool area was quaint and everyone staying in the complex was welcoming and respectful. The beach chairs were an added bonus! You are walking distance to amazing restaurants, sights, and bars. Our favorite spot for sunset was the Truman Waterfront, which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT :)

Peaceful place in the middle of the action

Location was amazing. While we had a car for continuing travel in the Keys, we only used it once to get some staples. We walked EVERYWHERE and logged in over 36 miles for the week. Tons of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and classic Key West “must see” spots within walking distance. While this area of Key West is bustling and alive, Truman Annex provides a quiet place to start and end each day. Condo was exactly as pictured. We were amazed how well appointed it was in a relatively compact space. Perfect for a couple. On site parking is huge, outdoor deck/patio is perfect. Unit was immaculate. It was convenient that there were cleaning products, dishwashing and laundry pods there to keep things tidy without running to the store. We definitely plan to return to Key West next year as part of “chasing the Sun” in retirement. We will seek a place in Truman Annex and hopefully this unit will be available. We recommend it without hesitation.

Managing company was disappointing. When we arrived after a very long travel day. We did not have parking permit. spoke to them - they informed it was left in another condo unit our friends had rented. it was not - our friends and myself contacted rental company by the emergency phone number that is left after hours. I also sent email requesting parking permit *so our car wasn'ttowed. NEVER HEARD BACK! Monday morning my husband and I walked there to get parking permit. The person that I was dealing with who would not return my phone call, informed me that she had much higher emergencies to take care of than ours! I'm sure she did, however never stayed there before and not knowing if our car would be towed over weekend - that was an emergency to US!!
