Location is awesome!

Thoroughly enjoyed the location. Near convenience. Our friends had a house down the road and it was only a few minute walk. Easy check-in, very clean.

Perfect, safe location

Our stay was absolutely perfect with gorgeous sunset views off the patio. The Happy Hour at the pool was fun and a relaxing stop on the way up from the beach.

Such a cute lil condo. Exactly like the pictures. Very convenient location. Spectacular pool views and two beaches close by. Would stay here again! Kitchen was great and we made alot of food at home. Very happy to have stayed here! ♡

Great Little Gem

This was our first time visiting Cabo so we didn’t really know what to expect but this condo was perfect for us. The views and sunsets are AMAZING and the location was perfect, it’s a short drive to downtown. Ana, the concierge, was great. She checked in and answered any questions we had. The condo was clean but keep in mind you are getting what you pay for. Yes, there are some chips in the tile and the stovetop burners are probably older than me but the unit itself is nice. The building it’s in however is kind of rundown. Some things to keep in mind when booking: *rent a car. Yes, Uber and taxis are available but it was so nice to come and go without having to plan ahead. *the hot tub does not work and the pool is not heated. There are also maybe only 6-7 lounge chairs by the pool. *The building is a former hotel with rooms being converted to condos so expect to hear some construction noise. We were there for a week and really only noticed the noise once. * To get to the other beach you have to walk the path through the resort next door. *The heated pool and swim bar next door are not open to those staying in this particular building. However the people who stay next door are able to come over and use the pool in this building. It doesn’t make any sense.

Great Condo in Cabo Bello

Enjoyed my stay at this condo, its next to the pool which great view of the arch, its an easy walk down to a beach with great snorkeling, the other beach has surfing, bed was comfortable.

Condo building needing repairs

Front door code did not work properly. No one on premise knew how to get in. Contact with management was poor. Waited outside for over an hour close to 11pm to be let in when door code would no longer function. This property is in poor condition. Spa in pool did not function. Would not recommend this property.

Room with a view!

Spacious enough for two! Well supplied! A little problem initially with communication but not that difficult to resolve. All furnishings are fine except carpets which maybe clean look really dirty. No light in entryway so a little problem opening front door. Safe was locked and could not be used.

Very disappointed, the floors were dirty, plastic chairs, difficult and time consuming communication

I was under duress when booking this site, and misunderstood the price as per night -- interrupted it as total price. When asking for consideration, none was given. Then, finding the place in this condition. No one advised there was major construction going on close to this condo -- terrible noise constantly. I will never book again.

Absolutely Great Condo in Cabo

Booked off VRBO based on pictures/location and NO reviews. My faith was rewarded! Great location (close to Cabo, shopping, restaurants and beaches) One bedroom unit is located on Garden level right at the pool! Recently renovated inside. Unobstructed view of the Cabo Bay...sunsets at night were stunning. Pro's: Right at the pool and views are great Has air conditioning Comfy king bed Kitchenette Restaurants within walking distance Next Complex over has a pool bar and grill! Beach within walking distance (allot of stairs..FYI) Beach chairs and umbrella to use Close to Cabo, Fresko, Costco and Walmart Lot's of Uber and other drivers in the area Clean and all amenities you need Cons: Older Complex and consistent construction on site. People updating their suites and other renovations A bit noisy during the day Renovated bathroom but tub wasn't updated No oven or dishwasher and sink is small. Cooktop is an older 2 burner but worked ok Maybe don't expect to cook too many meals Overall a great experience and the condo had everything we needed. Location and view were worth it alone. Concierge service was great and responsive.
