Oceanfront Condo, Steps away from Cabo Bello and Monuments Beach

Come be our guest and see the beauty that we found in the Mexican Baja. It is truly a Mexican hacienda with hand-crafted furniture and all the comforts of home that we want all of our guests to enjoy. This condo is located on the Sea of Cortez and a 5-minute drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Comfort and privacy await you on this corner unit with a large wrap-around patio overlooking both the resort pool and the Sea of Cortez. The resort offers 2 beaches: Monument Beach which is for the experienced surfer and Cabo Bello Beach is ideal for snorkeling, picking up sea treasures, sunbathing, relaxing, and feeding the fish which will eat right out of your hand just bring some bread. Our building offers a very large pool that overlooks the ocean, cruise ships, and yachts. See the sunrise over the ocean or listen to the waves at night from the comfort of your bed. Your condo includes 3 55-inch Smart TV’s and high-speed WIFI. Our condo has everything to make your vacation perfect, we have 4 Tommy Bahama Chairs, 2 umbrellas for the beach, a beach bag, towels, and a cooler to put your drinks in. An over-size balcony allows you to relax with a coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, enjoy cocktails for happy hour, and keep an eye on friends at the pool. Our condo has 2 master suites with king-size sleep number beds and comfortable pillows. We have 2 full-size bathrooms with large walk-in showers, a full-size washer & dryer, and 3 mini split air conditioners. The separate living area has a leather couch, chair, and a 6-person dining room table. Included in the kitchen is a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven equipped with an air fryer, coffee maker, ninja blender, toaster, cooking utensils, flatware, hand-blown Mexican glassware, and fiesta ware for dining. The cold water in the sink & refrigerator is filtered, and there is also on-demand hot water. You will want to dine outside on the large patio table and enjoy the spectacular views. The patio can be accessed from either the living room or the bedroom. And, if you are an amateur chef, the condo is equipped with many spices, utensils, and cookware you would need for trying your hand at new "Mexican" recipes! As our "guest," you will have access to our pool and a designated parking stall for the unit. The TVs are smart TV’s so they are connected to WIFI so you can enjoy your streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc.). We do have a Cabo TV app subscription that does give you access to many tv and movie channels.

There are 2 restaurants you can walk to, Jazz on the Rocks and Sunset Mona Lisa, they do require reservations if you choose to eat there. There is an on-site convenience store that is open daily from 8 am-8 pm. They have fresh fruits, wine, beer, spirits, ice, and basic food.

We now have a poolside bar and restaurant, Monuments Bar & Grill, where guests can enjoy food and drinks while taking in the beautiful views overlooking Monuments Beach. This feature contributes to a virtually all-inclusive experience for our guests/residents.
