- THE SPACE -

Welcome to a spacious private villa with a total area of 1300 m² located in the closed, well-guarded territory of the residence of Punta Cana Resort & Club. Here at your disposal will be a large two-story house, a courtyard with a garden, a spacious terrace with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The villa offers views of the pond and golf course

House 600 m² area includes 4 spacious bright bedrooms with windows, large dressing rooms and bathrooms with windows and a jacuzzi in each. Three bedrooms on the second floor of the house and one on the first.

The large bedroom on the second floor has access to a spacious open terrace overlooking the pool and lake. Second bedroom with French balcony overlooking palm trees. All bedrooms on the second floor under high vaulted ceilings 4 m high.

On the ground floor of the house there is a huge bright living room with access to the courtyard and pool. The living room is adjoined by a large kitchen with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, two refrigerators, gas stove for 5 burners. For storage of dishes for 20 people a separate room. There is a barbecue and a dining table.

All rooms of the villa are air-conditioned and Free high speed Wi Fi.

- GUEST ACCESS -

On the territory of the residence for guests: a small zoo, open levades for horseback riding, private stables, an ecological park with several lakes, water turtles and fish, Six Sensis spa complex, gym, several excellent restaurants and beach clubs. Golf course and bike paths.

For guests of the villa, two adults and two children's bicycles (for children of different ages) are provided for an additional fee. To various beaches of the residence from 3 to 8 minutes by golf machine (golf carts are available for an extra charge).

Towels and sunbeds on the beaches and in the beach clubs are free, there are bars everywhere, on the beaches guests are provided with full service.

The residence hosts various recreational activities for guests.

The villa is served by all necessary services. The maid works at villa 24 hours a day. There is also a gardener at your service who will look after the garden and pool, as well as help you around the house.

HOUSE RULES

1. Access to the residential area is only possible with passes. To obtain a pass, it is necessary to send photos of the documents of all guests (page with photo) one day before check-in (this is the deadline). Also, please send the make and number of the car or let us know if you will arrive by taxi. Access to the residential area is allowed 24 hours a day with the pass.
2. Loud music near or inside the house, shouting, and noise on the villa premises are prohibited from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays, from 6:00 PM on Saturdays until 8:00 AM on Mondays, and official holidays of the Dominican Republic.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside and in the villa's inner courtyard, but smoking is allowed under the awning by the pool, near the pool, and by the grill.
4. Only guests specified in the reservation can stay overnight in the villa. To invite additional guests, you must inform the host in advance and send photos of their documents to obtain a pass for the duration of their visit. A surcharge of USD 50 per night is applied for each additional guest beyond 10, with a maximum of 12 guests allowed to stay overnight.
5. For rentals of more than 30 nights, guests pay for electricity (18 pesos per kWh) and maintenance (800 USD) separately on the bill.
6. Upon check-in, guests provide a deposit in the specified amount, which is fully refunded upon check-out or deducted from the amount of damage caused during the stay (broken dishes, damaged towels or bed linen, mattresses by the pool, broken vases, broken umbrellas, etc.) (if damage is recorded at check-out). The prices of Casa Cuesta and Ellumel stores in Bavaro-Punta Cana assess damage amounts.
7. The rental cost includes cleaning of bedrooms and all common areas in the villa daily or as needed, change of bed linen every other day or as needed, change of towels daily or as required, dishwashing, daily cleaning of the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, daily garden and villa area cleaning both around and inside the house. The maid can wash and iron guests' items, but the hosts are not responsible for the quality of this work. The nearest professional laundry service is in Punta Cana Town, a 5-minute away.
8. To save natural resources, air conditioners are requested to be turned off when they are not in use.
9. Check-in time at Villa Bonita is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 1:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request for an additional fee.
10. The residence's beaches are open for visitation only during daylight hours, and service on equipped beaches is indicated in the schedule on the residence's website. For walks and bike rides on the residence's golf courses, please note that from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the courses are open for golf play.
11. Transportation and use of narcotics and drugs prohibited by Dominican Republic law are not permitted on the villa premises.
