We loved every bit of our stay. Very comfortable, spacious, and had all of the amenities our family of 4 needed. Walking distance to the gondola and restaurants. Very courteous staff. No restaurant or bar inside so make sure you bring your own goodies. Will come back to stay here again.

Apres Ski Sanctuary

This property was both luxurious, well appointed and very close to the Beaver Creek Ski gondola in Avon. Great views, staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The location is fantastic! I am not a property owner and upon arrival was not given the basic information on how things work.( ie daily cleaning,trash disposal etc) In addition,the hot tub area is in serious need of an upgrade. Currently,the area is indoors,dark and smells like a bleach bottle. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the door-great location…clean,roomy-just need to upgrade the hot tub .

Great Place & Location

It's a beautiful "condo" in a very convenient location. It's located a short walk to the gondola and many nearby restaurants. The condo is very comfortable and modern, with two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and comfortable common space. It includes all the basic amenities you need, but it would be even better if it had some containers or plastic wrap to store leftovers. Including coffee and filters is greatly appreciated, but it'd be great if it had more spices than just salt/pepper. The service was friendly and helpful. The $35 per night valet parking is understandable, though it'd be nice if the VRBO description were more accurate. I've mentioned this twice to the property manager, who said they would update the listing, but they haven't done it. In general, the property manager, Live Suite, we quick to respond to messages, but responses were generic, brief, and unhelpful. Overall, it's a great place and we'd gladly stay there again, but hopefully these notes will help others to understand what to expect.
