The house fit all 18 guests and we still had room to breath! The views are amazing and the pool is fantastic! We had a great time. We went for the hot air balloon fiesta and there was a shuttle bus pickup not to far away.

The place was great for our group. We utilized the pool and large space. The pool was excellent. The house was exactly like the posting. The house is a little bit older but still an excellent place to stay. We had a small issue with the pool and hot tub but the property manager Alicia was excellent at addressing the issue and fixing it promptly. I would recommend this place for any large group gatherings.

Our stay was great here. The neighborhood was a little sketchy coming in though. The home was put together well enough but could have been a little better considering the price. Some beds didnt have fitted sheets, the upstairs bathroom tub did not look great etc. but overall our stay was great!

Unforunately This property was not as advertised. It has not been well cared for in many ways, The photos are outdated and its clearly not rented much. We had a multitude of issues throughout the stay from mechanical issue with the AC and the Pool not being heated properly for two days after arrival (the whole point was to have the pool for the kids but they wouldnt go in as it was to cold). Also the general state of cleanliness was as if it hadn't been touched for a month or so prior to arrival. There was also a roach colony living in the center island in the kitchen that came out onto the counter every time you tired to make food. I would not recomend this place, everything is super tired or broken and the pool was underwhelming. The host was responsive in helping fix things but generally the comany and the actual owner are not concerned with trying to achieve a level of accomodation quality representative of the price.

Awesome Place for family or larger groups!

I bet it’s even more spectacular in the Summer. The heated pool was way too cold to swim, so in cold months don’t bother spending the money to warm it. The heat room was amazing. The overall stay is 5 stars because safety is a plus for ABQ & this is a safe neighborhood.. It’s not ideal if your on a date trip or the neighbors are loud because you can hear guests next door if they raise their voice. View is amazing, layout is amazing proximity to everything is grand. Some windows and doors were unlocked when we arrived, which, is kind of weird when an unarmed couple arrives at night. We shut and locked the windows and swept the house for anyone that got in while it was unlocked.. Still , it was very pleasant and we’d recommend for families and large groups in warmer months. It was grand, but is overpriced. If you want that old school, rustic decor and a delightful back view, it is a jewel and you could do a lot worse. Our host was kind and responsive. And we were allowed to skip the guided tour when we arrived, which, was a relief but in hindsight it would be nice to have someone there while checking in to make sure all is secure. This all adds up to around 4.47 stars on our very picky score card.
