Creekside Ranch House is a comfortable 2 story ranch style home that sits on 40 beautiful acres along mud creek in a quiet private neighborhood in North Chico. Only a 5 minute drive to north Chico and about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Chico and Chico State. Whether you are coming to town for an event, work or are looking for an escape, you will love it here....we sure do!

Pleas help us keep the BBQ clean by scraping the grill after use. Make sure all of the BBQ tools are cleaned and returned to the unit.

Richardson Springs Gem

This is a gem of a property, located in the foothills of Chico, just a few miles from the once famous Richardson Springs Resort. The owners were very friendly, prompt, and forthright. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great family rental

Our family (2 adults, 4 children) loved our stay. It’s a very private setting and the home is immaculate and comfortable. Our children enjoyed the pool and walking around the property. It was very hot in Chico during our stay so we definitely appreciated the AC!

Beautiful, spacious property with all the amenities and wonderful hosts! The home and yard are pristine and the layout offers lots of flexibility for families. Great location with easy access to central Chico. The hosts are wonderful and always available to answer questions or address any need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Country Setting

My family and I stayed here for a week and absolutely LOVED it!!! The property is beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. It's a quick drive into Chico for whatever you may need. Owners are very accommodating. This is a great place to stay for families. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool most! Will stay again!

Beautiful Chico Property!

For anyone looking to stay at an absolutely beautiful and secluded property outside of Chico California this should be you’re number one choice! Our group rented the property and from start to finish everything was wonderful, including working with the owners who have an attention to detail and pride in their property that our stay was a real pleasure. Amazing pool, property, house and A/C!

We love this place! This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as great as last year. We hiked the onsite trail, swam our hearts out, played in the creek & thoroughly enjoyed the house! This home has the best a/c, which is soooo refreshing after a hot summer day of fun. Everything is clean and the beds are comfy. My personal favorite moment was getting up early and sitting in the hot tub, listening to the birds/creek, and enjoying the sun peeking through the oak trees. This place is heavenly!!

Fantastic for families! Beautiful pool, property & house!

We stayed here with our dog and two kids, 8 and 12 years-old. When we arrived, the temperature outside was over 100 degrees, but the house was so refreshingly cool & ready for us. The house has great AC, and is spacious, modern & clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool was wonderful and had lovely shaded places to lounge & eat. The creek behind the house was peaceful to listen to. We all look forward to returning!!
