This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. Whether you're here to unwind or entertain, you'll love the private lap pool and hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed space with a Hawaiian casual comfort aesthetic.
We've chosen all the softest linens and comfortable beds, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living area.
This home is for gathering with friends and family.
The highlight? A garage game room featuring a pool table and a bar with heating and air for all season!
This home is truly the ultimate spot for friendly competition and late-night fun.

** NOTE ** we charge a $100 fee to heat the pool before your stay. From OCT - MAY. If you do nopt wish to use the pool we can refund that charge back to you.

Family get together for Thanksgiving holiday! I would describe this house rental as an stress-free experience that feels like a "home away from home". The host had clear communication, the house was equipped with all the necessary amenities needed to have a holiday away from home, clean, great layout for families, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood!

Great Place to Stay in Chico!

What a great home! We loved the backyard sitting area, the pool, hot tub and bbq so much fun! The inside of the home is spacious and very comfortable. The games/entertainment area was amazing - so nice! The home is in a great neighborhood - beautiful big tree and so quiet.

The property was great! We have been coming down for a couple years for an event in Chico and this year it was pretty warm (105) so it was nice to have all the amenities. The host was super helpful and got back to me in a reasonable time. Will try to book again for next year!
