The perfect home for all occasions. This home is located on a cul de sac in a well established neighborhood in north Chico. Close to wedding venues, freeway and parks. Family friendly home to host get togethers, holidays or just some time away. It also has a working space for those who need it. Enjoy all the local eateries, breweries and beauty around Chico while staying with us! The home is a 4 bedrooms 3 & 1/2 bathroom with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. Great house for hosting multiple families. Kid friendly home with board games, and outdoor recreational item available for use. For the cooler nights, enjoy an evening by the outdoor fire pit while barbecuing.

The spacious house accommodated our extended family very nicely. Beds and rooms were quiet and comfortable. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom (plus there was a powder room off the hallway). Kitchen was very well equipped. The location on a cul-de-sac in a very nice neighborhood made us all feel very safe.

Comfortable Home

The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in.
