BEAUTIFUL 3 bedroom ocean view condo has been fully remodeled, and modernized. It is clean and absolutely stunning. Furniture is new and comfortable. The pool and beach are just down the elevator and a quick walk on the property. The wrap around balcony provides both sunrise and sunset views, perfect viewing of the SpaceX launches, and it is simply amazing when the local pelicans soar by. Downtown Cocoa Beach is approximately 2 miles away with many new high end and beach style restaurants. It has a desk to work with ocean views or to enjoy doing art work or start the book you've been waiting to do. This condo is simply perfect for relaxing and more!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Georgia’s condo! It was well stocked with everything needed and absolutely beautiful! If we come back to Cocoa Beach, we’d stay here again!

Perfect Vacation spot!This section of beach is a mile or so away from hotels and public access. So that means in the middle of July we were able to go down to the beach and setup whenever we were ready to without having to worry about it being crowded or tide schedules.There was no one else within 100 feet of us the entire week, practically your own private beach.Cocoa Beach is a great vacation spot with lots of things to do and good restaurants to try. We spent 1 day at Disney, a little over an hour drive. Don't miss Kennedy Space Center while your here.The condo itself is spacious and has good comfortable furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen and good beach chairs and carts so you don't have to take up trunk space bringing yours with you. The views are amazing! We got up early one morning to watch a SpaceX rocket launch from the balcony.If you have small children be advised the surf can vary quite a bit, but the sand is good. Not many shells and the water stays shallow a long way from shore.Overall score... 11/10, Will definitely return!

A Great Location

When others say this is well stocked they weren't kidding. Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at, this one wasn't stripped naked before you got there. I was there for the balcony and it did not disappoint! We got two see two space launches while there. Great communication with Georgia

Absolutely everything you need

This is the best equipped property that we have ever rented - tons of kitchen supplies, shampoo/conditioner dispensers, sunscreen, everything you need for the beach, and more. The building is directly on the beach - both beach and pool access are really easy. There’s a ton of natural light and the balcony could not be better. The host was responsive and helpful.

Wonderful View

We’ve spent a week at this property. The renovation is beautiful, and they have a great view with a huge balcony. SpaceX had 3 launches while we were there and we were able to view them them from the balcony and used the binoculars the host provided in the condo . Truly a lovely home.

Beautiful Condo!

This was such a beautiful condo with amazing views. So warm and inviting, it felt like “home.” Having a garage was the icing on the cake along with all the beach/outdoor activity items you’d need for your stay. It was a wonderful condo and Georgia was great to communicate with.

Wonderful, relaxing week!

We had an amazing stay! Amenities were just as described. Communication with host was superb. The condo was perfect for our family trip. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rebook!

Beautiful condo and view

We had an amazing time at this condo with my family of 6. Beautiful views of ocean and river for sunsets. We were able to view rocket launches from balcony and enjoy having lunches at table on the balcony. We were able to check in earlier which was much appreciated as we had 5 hours to fill from leaving prior stay. My only complaint was we had to leave and head back to snowy Wisconsin

Excellent Place!

Beautiful condo, great view of the beach, and many amenities. Condo manager was superb and provided continual communication; organized and helpful. Everything went smooth with the condo, which was a blessing because we had a a horrible experience getting to FL due to a canceled flight. We would return for sure! Excellent!

Perfect beach condo

Excellent location - close enough to walk to Ron Jon and pier but not as busy. Condo itself is really nice! Much bigger and more open than most with great wrap around balcony where you can see the ocean and the river! Great and clear communication with owner. Will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We were in town for my son's baseball tournament which was about a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. We honestly wish we were able to spend more time in the condo and on the beach because it was so beautiful. We watched 2 rockets launch from the balcony during our stay and the ocean view from all the windows was amazing! We only went to the beach once because we just did not have much time outside of baseball but Georgia has everything you could need to hit the beach! Well equipped kitchens, comfortable beds, lots of towels, felt safe and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable. The master bed and pillows were so comfortable to sleep on! The view was amazing! The walk to the beach was super quick and we enjoyed being able to see the beach and bay views from the wrap around balcony. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay there again!

Penthouse

We came away with two other couples, very large house! Spacious and was beautiful! The deck was amazing. The views of the ocean are so beautiful! Feels like you’re staying in a penthouse. Everything you could possibly need was there, Georgia is amazing. Book this now stop looking!!! . Don’t miss out. Can’t wait to book again. A quick trip down the elevator and steps from the beach or pool, conveniently located with restaurants and grocery store. Did not have to rent anything. Had a garage full of toys. Love this condo!! ❤️🌊☀️

Beautiful condo in a great location

This is the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything you could want and more. There was also everything you need or want for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it all to the beach. The beach was great. Not crowded at all. Georgia was a pleasure to work with. She provided recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive. We had a great vacation!!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo surpassed all of my expectations. It was new, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The unit smelled wonderful as soon as you walked in. The bed and pillows and towels felt luxury. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The condo included everything you could possibly need from kitchen necessities, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, bicycles, and much more! The condo complex was very well cared for and not crowded at the beach or pool. It had the best beach front property in our opinion as we walked to both ends and back. This unit was my favorite of all the condo's I have rented across Florida.

Beautiful Panoramic Ocean and River Views

We spent a great week at this bright, clean beach Condo! The wrap around outdoor seating area perfect for morning coffee, afternoon book reading and evening beverages. The owner is quickly responsive, detailed and gave us local suggestions for dining and activities for our teenage daughter. Without hesitation, we would would book this rental in the future!

Unbelievable view!

Very beautiful condo, has everything you would need. Loved the 2am launch’s just had to step out the door! The pool and clubhouse was an added bonus.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay very much with excellent communication with the owners and a lovely and clean condo that was well stocked and located in a convenient area. I especially appreciated the grab bars in the shower that were supportive for my elderly mother. We even got to see a rocket launch from the porch which was a highlight. We would definitely be willing to stay there again in future.

The Windrush Condominium Property is a lovely property, with a large pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, small gym, sauna, and just steps from the beach. We have a garage with everything you need to have for the beach: Tent, Beach Chairs, and 2 Bikes.
